Great experience buying our first electric car! Over the years I have been planning to buy an electric car and have done a lot of research. Many times I read that often car dealers do not like selli Over the years I have been planning to buy an electric car and have done a lot of research. Many times I read that often car dealers do not like selling electric cars and even try to talk you out of it. Fortunately, that was not the case with Kelowna Chevrolet. Our salesman, Brent Frith, seemed as enthusiastic as I was about the 2017 Chevy Volt. He was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. There was no pressure and we did not feel rushed. My wife and I were able to get the car we wanted in a very timely manner. After being brought in from Vancouver during a snow storm, it was even brought into the showroom on the day we picked it up. While we were waiting for the car, Helene Lenzing from Parts, arranged to get us winter tires and extra aluminum rims. Over the course of several phone calls and emails, Helene really went out of her way to supply me with different quotes and options for the tires and especially the rims. In the end I was very happy with how it looked and the price was good too! Leila Gaudon was very friendly and helpful which made it quite bearable to get through the financial part. Everyone else who dealt with us were also very pleasant and helpful! Great buying experience and we are really loving our new Chevy Volt! So far, it seems to be very well built and it is a real joy to drive. We finally have our electric car!!! More
