My Name is Brent Cavan and I have been in the automotive sales industry for over 12 years now. My entire automotive career has been dedicated to Grande Prairie Chrysler, where I began as a sales consultant. The team at Grande Prairie Chrysler has provided me with mentorship, support, and the education needed to move into the General Manager role. I strive to provide every guest with a positive memorable experience. My wife and I have recently become empty nesters, with both of our children attending University and College. To fill our time we like to tinker around our lake lot while enjoying our morning coffee by a campfire in the winter and summer months. With his explanation my husband and I 100% satisfied then decided to buy our Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2021 right way without any hesitation. My friend is also going to visit him soon. The way he clears the pros and cons about having a grand cherokee, is impressive. Very knowledgeable. Great experience buying here, no pressure, no coercion, just honest genuine engagement and help to get me a vehicle I was happy with. Kevin in service is competent, honest and friendly. Dale in sales took the time to learn what I wanted and instead of categorizing me by potential profit he took a genuine interest, asked meaningful questions and answered honestly and directly. Brent and Arnail were also part of my experience and both were friendly, considerate and respectful. It was clear Dale communicated my situation with them and that they took it seriously.
