GP Chrysler sold us vehicle as "clean title" which it is NOT. Their idea of fair was to take the vehicle back and leave us with a loss of our trade in and all the extras added for warranty and "protection" NOT. They purposely gave us a 6month old report to save themselves from a shady sale THEY fell for, by sneaking it onto us. I would never have bought this vehicle, certainly not for full market price, knowing about a $13,000 accident! I can no longer sell it for what we paid (as I am not like GP Chrysler and wouldn't try to pawn this off on somebody else to make my money back) and it's sure not worth what our monthly payments are. They don't care, they think this is an ok way to do business and not dishonorable at all. I'll be fighting for my right not to be ripped off by these greasy slugs and will warn every person I know and meet what kind of underhanded dealings they do. More

Never deal with these guys again they’re lazy they try to scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me I need a new engine and as well as that they were also getting into my personal business as well and using that as leverage I also planned a week in advance to get an axle seal done that they did and failed so I had to be booked in again to get it refixed but instead of fixing it they just parked out in their parking lot and gave me a hard time didn’t do the main job that it was booked in advance for and the service guy Tony I do not appreciate his ignorance it has been nothing but xxxx I have had about five different vehicles I’ve had over the course of 10 years with dealerships and I’m done with scammers and cheaters not only that I have a lot of people that I know between the company I work for and the groups that I am in and a lot of people have seed what they’ve put me through and see with their own eyes my vehicle and the issues. Here’s a little update I do not take it very nicely the fact that they are using bribery for me to take down this review in order to get work done on my vehicle that is ridiculous and I will make sure that Grand Prairie Chrysler is held accountable for this thanks in advance. More

Highly recommend taking it for a third party inspection before purchase. Learn from my mistake. More

A very shady business. Bought a truck in July because my engine was blown and warranty wouldn't cover it. So I trade it in, three months later I get a call to sign over a check to the dealership because the engine was blown and warranty wouldn't cover it. So I trade it in, three months later I get a call to sign over a check to the dealership because they went through my insurance to get it fixed (Even offered to pay for the deductible, how nice). My truck was traded in as was (with the engine needing repair). Between them and my insurance company, it was a back and fourth he said, she said battle. When at the end of the day, both parties were at fault and the only one effected was me. Everything up to signing the papers was fantastic, and ever since then it's been a horrible experience and has turned me away from not only that dealership but Dodge/Ram products in total. Do not recommend to anyone. More
