Absolutely LOVED my experience dealing with this Grand prairie Dodge!! I was months trying to buy a xxxx cat and no salesman would take me serious i assume it was because i am a female. GP Dodge was Not l prairie Dodge!! I was months trying to buy a xxxx cat and no salesman would take me serious i assume it was because i am a female. GP Dodge was Not like that at all. Tem was very pleasant to deal with. I went in looking for a newish work truck. After telling him what i was looking for he showed me the rams that met my criteria. Not once did he attem I went in looking for a newish work truck. After telling him what i was looking for he showed me the rams that met my criteria. Not once did he attempt to upsell and get me into a new/more expensive truck. I was left feeling satisfied with how the whole process went. I even recently sent my parents in to chat with him to upgrade their truck. Tem is top notch and I would recommend him to everyone. More

Extremely arrogant salesman with desk by the door harassed me until I had to yell into the dealership at the top of my lungs for him to leave me alone. Even then he yelled at me and chased me until o harassed me until I had to yell into the dealership at the top of my lungs for him to leave me alone. Even then he yelled at me and chased me until others stopped him. Was getting $6000 in repairs, and the only reason I didnt cancel was to leave this review. I was standing off to the side if the entrance, waiting for my company to pick me up. This short steroid freak says excuse me and steps past and out the left of the double door, then turns around and lectures me about standing by the door. I was off to the side, he had no trouble walking past, and I asked what was wrong with the right side of the double door. It was locked. I flicked it to unlocked and it easily opened. He continues to berate me, apparently its locked to control traffic. This is Grande Prairie and COVID is over, why the xxxx is one side of your double door locked, restricting customer flow? The short angry salesman decides to go on a long demeaning lecture about the doors and where im standing. If its that much of an issue (which it wasnt) why cant I be invited inside to sit down? The guy wouldnt leave me alone. I yelled into the dealership asking for him to stop harassing me. The short angry steroid freak yells at me to get off the private property. Yes, yelling at me and chasing me. Then his buddy comes outside looking like hes ready to start a fight with me. I asked to be left alone while I waited for my vehicle. The short angry steroid freak continued to take evey opportunity to sneer at me and walk within half a foot behind me while I waited. Seriously something wrong with this guy. Wont every return. Enjoy the 0 star reviews im leaving everywhere. Unlock your doors and fire the fool at the front door. More

Poor service, many months ago, mechanics forgot to replace coolant cap, drained fluid, unit overheated, never ran same after, heater quit working, mechanic said cabin air filter, was not, heater core, replace coolant cap, drained fluid, unit overheated, never ran same after, heater quit working, mechanic said cabin air filter, was not, heater core, took 6 weeks to replace heater core, no updates from service, they don’t communicate even if asked Horrible, multiple monthly payments made when vehicle was in dealership shop More
