I found a vehicle that interested me on Auto Trader, so went on MWC’s website, checking out who may be best to deal with. Brandon, who works out of the Guelph location, agreed to meet me at the Kitchener location, which was more convenient for me. Although the rest of our transactions were in Guelph, the fact he would come over to Kitchener to make it easier for me, made me feel like my time and satisfaction were priorities. Things only got better from there. Brandon wanted to get to know me and my driving habits to better help my buying decision. His relaxed, personable demeanor gained my trust from the start. He quickly got me set up for a test drive, and by the time I was back, had my trade in appraised and all the information about the vehicle I was interested in, laid out on his desk. He showed me whatever I asked for, without hiding anything. Throughout the whole transaction, I never once doubted his integrity. He made me aware of any and all the steps of the transaction, and was patient when something took me a little time to process.
