Beverly was so knowledgeable regarding the products and was never in a hurry nor did I ever feel pressure or stress to make a decision. In fact this was the easiest transaction I have ever done! Thank you Beverly! I have purchased two brand new cars in the past and I must say 3rd is a charm! Also need to mention Bounsay Osylaphet after the decision to buy my Encore, Bounsay took care of the financing side of things, he also was so knowledgeable and did advise of warranty products and their value, never did I feel under pressure either. He got back to me right away I never felt that I was in a "line up" even though I could see this dealership was a very busy one. I never felt like I was not important. I was looking to replace my older car and came across a vehicle that I was interested in on Budds' website. I booked my test drive on-line - an appointment time was set up with Henry Drodge. Went to Budds because Ernest works there. We have bought our previous 3 cars from him at different dealerships. So in our quest for a new vehicle we went back to Ernest. After going to about 7 other deale our previous 3 cars from him at different dealerships. So in our quest for a new vehicle we went back to Ernest. Found the add for this car in auto trader and e-mailed to inquirer. Michele responded in seconds to my inquiry, and off I was to Oakville. When I got to their IMPRESSIVE dealership, I was promptly introduce inquirer. Michele responded in seconds to my inquiry, and off I was to Oakville. When I got to their IMPRESSIVE dealership, I was promptly introduced to Ernest Shanly who set up the Astra for a test drive. During the test drive, there were a few concerns about the used vehicles performance . But all were addressed and corrected by delivery which included a new battery and brakes.
