Bill and Bounsay made it very easy for a new comer to Canada who does not have any idea how things work here. Bill stayed with me to the last moment to make sure that everything went smoothly. When there was a delay in receiving my car because I asked for extras to be added, he was understanding and even helped me with a free of charge substitute car for the couple of days needed. My wife and I's expirience was mostly excilent because the people we delt with were very friendly and helpfull. We purchased a used ford for around $17000 and without even negotiating it, the mino because the people we delt with were very friendly and helpfull. We purchased a used ford for around $17000 and without even negotiating it, the minor dents in the vehicle were repaired and when we picked up the car it had been thoughrally cleaned and waxed, plus the gas tank was filled. The gas tank being filled meant a great deal to me not because of the value of the gas(virtually nothing compared to the purchase price), but because in 1999 I spent $44000 on a new 1ton 4X4 diesel dually and tank was pretty much empty when I picked it up. So it shocked me to say the least that we got a full tank on a used $17000 vehicle. Thanks again Budds and I will be back!!! More
