Henry did a fine job of introducing us to the 2014 Cadillac CTS attributes and communicating our concerns to Craig. Craig handled the negotiation aspects in a professional manner and offered extra help if needed. Bounsay helped to seal the deal with his suggestions re paint protection, undercoating, leather protection and extended warranty. Basil took us through the paper signing ceremony and did an excellent job of showing us how to use the many options the car had. Both Henry and Basil reacted promptly to follow up questions. My only complaint is that I discovered that there was a recall notice on the vehicle as soon as I got it home and logged into my Onstar account. I would have preferred that this was taken care of before I took possession of the truck. More
