He did not apply any sales pressure, but rather just answered questions. Bill is the type of person who got to understand what we wanted, and helped us with our decision without making us feel obligated. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Equinox, and when it was ready for pick up, he made sure we were comfortable with all the controls and options. He was also very insistent that we give him a call at any time if we had any concerns at all. With Bill's help, we had a very enjoyable experience, and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering making a purchase. Bill, and all the staff he introduced us to, were very friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to service to financial and the management team. More

I first went to Bill in October 2014 to look at some vehicles. Although I did not buy a vehicle then, for various reasons, I was impressed with Bill that when I was again in the market looking for a vehicle about a week ago, I went back to Bill. The sales process was low key and yet comprehensive and Bill explained everything that there was to about the vehicle. I am totally satisfied today. Bill was very competently supported by Bounsay Osylaphet, Business Manager who was very helpful in lining up the finance for the vehicle. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience. Excellant Customer Service I have only ever owned GM vehicles. I have been driving Buick's since 1990 . My last one was a 2011 Lacrosse CXL which was a terrific car. I had a call from Ted Taylor whom is Craig's dad and a good friend of mine suggesting I should go and have a look at the 2015 Cadillac SRX at Budd's as he was aware that I was in the process of looking for a new car.From the time I met Chris,Craig,Bounsay & Jason I was very impressed with their professionalism. After meeting with them I went home to think about it and called back the same day to say I will take the SRX. I have been back to see Chris twice to learn how to operate the many features.
