The financial part of the sale was completed by Bounsay Osylaphet, who was also very professional and punctual, helping us finalize the sale in the shortest time possible. It only took a couple minutes for my family and I to fall in love with the dealership, we got greeted by everyone who walked by us and were offered coffee and tea numerous of times. It was a warm welcoming place that felt like HOME, unlike other dealerships that greet you with fake "hello's" and "smiles". The receptionist at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Bill Coombe helped me find the car I needed, he was a very good listener, patient and most of all very professional. It felt more like a friend was helping me find the car I needed rather than just a Sales Person. As a young buyer I didn't think I would be able to finance a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT but with Bill's and Bounsay's knowledgeable hard work, it was all possible. I have never experienced such good customer service in my life. I could sit here and go on about how great my experience here was. It was nothing but amazing, just excellent. He listened to my financial and car needs and suggested in Chevrolet Trax. I fell in love with the vehicle. Then came the part I usually hate, negotiating, but before I even started Basil came back with a price lower than my target and put me in the hands of business manager Bounsay Osylaphet. Bounsay was reassuring, honest, and arranged my financing at zero percent. Even though it was almost closing that evening, both Basil and Bounsay provided amazing, caring service. I hightly recommend this dealer if you are looking to purchase a car. More
