This required co ordination between sales, parts and service. The hitch installation followed by the removal of the snow tires and and the installation on the new vehicle went seamlessly. The process was completed within the time frame advise to my satisfaction within the quoted costs. More

A car leasing experience second to none! I just had the best experience I have ever had buying/leasing a vehicle just now after my time with Daniel P at Budd's Chev/Cadillac/Buick/GMC. Af I just had the best experience I have ever had buying/leasing a vehicle just now after my time with Daniel P at Budd's Chev/Cadillac/Buick/GMC. After having gone thru the ups and downs of getting my wife into her vehicle a few years ago, I wasn't that excited or looking forward to going thru that experience again. When I knew the SUV I wanted (or narrowed it down to 2 vehicles) which was the Cadillac XT5, I went in to see the guys at Budd's. I didn't know Daniel prior to me coming to the dealership for the 1st time and when I went to reception...they must have just called the next available sales team member and I am glad it was Daniel! No hassle, No playing games, No runaround! I got into the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted and I am looking forward to driving my new CADDY! More
