Had problem with radio and apps. Person normally contacted away and was attended to by Bill Reid who stepped up to the plate. I needed problems rectified as was going out of area. Bill rook me out in a couple of different Ram trucks and discussed the difference between each. Had a good discussion about what I wanted from the vehicle and narrowed it down to one.
