Our very own “Big Bill” was born in Burlington and raised in Brantford, but lucky for us, made his way back to the Halton area. Bill has worked a variety of interesting jobs including owning his own pizza place, DJ-ing, and even driving a tow truck! Fortunately, Bill loves selling cars and has been selling GM since 2004. He found his way to Budds’ Chevrolet in 2012, and since then he has become one of our top salesmen, and a certified truck specialist. At Budds’, you don’t often find Bill at his desk because he is always offering his help to anyone to keep the dealership running smoothly. In his spare time, Bill is equally generous, volunteering to be the “Cheer Dad” for his daughter’s competitive cheer team, and spending time with his son and 2 bernadoodle dogs. He kept the contact with me and was waiting for me as if I am the best client he's ever had. He was so friendly and helpful. Bill and Bounsay made it very easy for a new comer to Canada who does not have any idea how things work here. Bill stayed with me to the last moment to make sure that everything went smoothly. When there was a delay in receiving my car because I asked for extras to be added, he was understanding and even helped me with a free of charge substitute car for the couple of days needed. I would be proud to have this young, active, hard working and honest young man as a friend of mine if he accepts... true :-) More

2013 Chevrolet Cruze I had the pleasure of buying my first vehicle at Budd's Chevrolet in Oakville. I also enjoyed been served by Bill Coombe who was attentive to my car n I had the pleasure of buying my first vehicle at Budd's Chevrolet in Oakville. I also enjoyed been served by Bill Coombe who was attentive to my car needs, not his needs or the dealers. Quickly I realized there was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle on the spot. Bill explained the GM warranty and pre owned warranty. I was very confident in his presentation that I did purchase the car on the spot. Upon delivery of the car the week later all the paper work was ready and he was quite thorough in explaining the forms. My wife was impressed with the explanation Bill went through with her on the different options and use in the vehicle. I also meet Shane Maginnis the Technical Team Supervisor on the delivery day who was very knowledgeable and took care of a small issue on the car while we completed the paper work. Shane gave me his card and told me if I have any issues with the car to call him personally on his cell. I have dealt with a number of car dealers and can honestly say it was a pleasant and satisfying experience that I will definitely be back to purchase another car from Bill at Budd's Chevrolet. More

I Went To 5 Other Dealerships And Got The Run Around I Happened To Be Driving By Budds And Stopped In And I Was Greeted By Bill Coombe A Salesman That Worked There And Told Him What I Had Been Looking For And I Was Told By The Other Dealerships The Vehicle I Wanted Wasn't Available In The Color And Options I Wanted I Guess They Were Hoping I Would Settle For What They Had On Their Lot When I Told Bill Exactlt What I Was Looking For He Took Me Over To His Office And Looked On His Inventory List And Said Hold On I Just Need To Go Get The Keys I Have 2 On My Lot Within 1.5 Hours It Was A Done Deal And 2 Days Later My Wife Drove Away In Her New 2014 Buick Enclave And I Have Learned One Very Important Rule A Happy Wife Is A Happy Life And Mr. Coombe Made That Happen Not Only Dids Budds Chevrolet Earn A New Customer For Personal Pleasure Use Of A Vehicle They Have Also Earned My Company Business Purchases 5 ????? I have been buying cars for 30 years and find Mr Coombe to be one of the best experiences I have had in buying a vehicle. New Chevy Cruze Eco Lease We returned to Budd's to discuss end of lease arrangements (end of lease data June 2014) re our 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco that we obtained 3 years ago thro We returned to Budd's to discuss end of lease arrangements (end of lease data June 2014) re our 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco that we obtained 3 years ago through Budds (salesperson Larry Middleton). We met Bill Coombe who went over a variety of options with my wife and I. Having established that another Cruze Eco was to be the vehicle of choice to replace the current car, Bill explained in great detail, a variety of things we could take advantage of, several of which were not obvious to me when I had configured a replacement vehicle 'on-line'; the 0% lease rate, the 'loyalty bonuses' for repeat customers, the fact that several of the 'options' that had to be paid for in the 2011 model were now included in the 'base' Eco, and we would get a 'gas card'. Having unsuccessfully searched around in the GM database in Ontario for a Cruze Eco in White with no extra options included, Bill showed us a Cruze in the showroom that was configured with one or two options I had not considered in the replacement vehicle. The superior 'Champagne Silver Metallic' color (previously a more expensive option) was now included. The vehicle also came with the Technology Package that includes a back-up camera, and Tire Pressure monitors (something we sadly did not not get in the previous vehicle), and other things. We had kept the 2011 vehicle in immaculate condition, and even though`this winter had been very difficult in terms of keeping the car clean, it was obvious to Bill that it had been well looked after. Bill also indicated that all the stuff that we would have to go through in switching from the 2011 Cruze to the new model would be taken care of by the dealership/GM and the lower lease rate available on the new model would be put in place immediately should we decide to move ahead with a new lease on the showroom model. So we decided to go ahead and went to see Rob Powell, who we had dealt with for the previous car. Rob was excellent too and explained a number of things to us to make us feel even more comfortable about the choices we were making. Although I had wanted a lighter colored interior, the showroom Cruze was black, an issue perhaps in the summer. Rob indicated that if we opted for some window tinting, he would include this option at 'his cost'. This seemed like a great offer and one we gladly accepted. So all in all, this was an excellent experience, and one that was way less stressful than anticipated when we walked into the showroom. All aspects of the change-over were handled very politely and everything from transferring the Car insurance to the new vehicle were explained to us in the simplest manner possible. However, as a result of GM's recall issues, we were unable to collect the car as initially planned, but when we were notified that it was ready for use, we went to collect it only to find that Bill, Rob and their colleagues had obtained for us at no cost, a 1 year extension to the 6 month OnStar turn-by-turn package. It seemed to us there was virtually no end to the effort that all the folks at Budds, but Bill and Rob in particular were prepared to make for us to ensure that we were totally comfortable with the experience of dealing with these folks. Finally when we collected the Car, Bill went through the basic operations of the Technology package and 'paired' our two iPhones with the Bluetooth system in the new Cruze, switched the number plates, and told us he would replace the winter tires on the old vehicle and drop them off at our home. We will most definitely return the this dealership/salesperson in the future after this exceptionally good experience. Rob and Liz Sutherland More
