Amazing Staff and Great Place for your next car I found a H3 Hummer on auto trader on a Saturday morning. Drove to Budd's to take a look. Was greeted at the door by a salesman. From that point on it I found a H3 Hummer on auto trader on a Saturday morning. Drove to Budd's to take a look. Was greeted at the door by a salesman. From that point on it was great. I told him what I was there for, He went and brought out the Hummer for us to look at. He let us take it for a test drive and when we came back he made sure to let us know about the Hummer. I told him that we would talk it over and get back to him on Monday. I stopped in Monday afternoon and told him I would take the hummer. From that point on it was smooth sailing. Bill looked after everything, Bill made sure the truck was ready on Tuesday. I will be telling all my friends to make sure they go see Bill for there Next car. Thanks Bill for everything. Finally I'm in a Cadillac Three years ago I was waiting fir the new XTS to arrive. I was too impatient and bought my second Audi which I have now traded for my XTS. Farid saw me browsing and came to help outline all the options on the Cadillac XTS Platinum. How could I resist. Farid was very patient with me and we communicated for some time by email while as I was travelling. After viewing the new Audi A6, several Jaguars and the Lexus I went back to the XTS. Our sales rep Mr. Bill, is very cooperative, well trained and well equipped with sales skills. He helped us describing all the aspects of the vehicle we were looking for. Because we had been to many dealerships before coming to Budd's so we can feel difference. I would never forget to name Mr. Rob Powell for all his help in making our dream come true by getting our finance approved. At the time delivery all the commitments were made and we were provided with a vehicle which was promised along with all four brand tires, new battery and full tank of gas. We were provided with a pick up service from home in Mississauga to Budd's showroom in Oakville so that we can drive our new car. What else a customer can expect.
