I had a wonderful experience being a first time new vehicle buyer. Bill Coombe is a very professional, kind hearted sales person. He makes you feel comfortable right away and there is no pressure. After learning more about my Mom's vehicle preferences they efficiently referred me to the excellent team at Budds' Chevy. Within minutes of arriving to the beautiful new facilities and meeting the friendly and super helpful Mr. Coombe, my Mom was able to easily select the car of her choice from a list of amazing options. The entire team made my Mom feel comfortable and listened to all of her individual preferences. The first car we viewed was perfect! My Mom's only complaint was she still wanted to look at more cars so after touring the lot and looking at the wonderful selection of cars she became even more assured the first car showcased was the right car for her. Bill Coombe made the whole buying and trading in experience very simple , he was honest and upfront about the value of my trade in and I believe he worked hard with his Manager to get me the best po experience very simple , he was honest and upfront about the value of my trade in and I believe he worked hard with his Manager to get me the best possible trade in price ( and it was , because I shopped around other dealerships and Budd`s trade in price was the best by far.) I found his approach during the negotiation process to be professional but also personal which was one of the deciding factors for the purchase. He managed to get the features and products I needed in the vehicle at the price point I wanted . Overall a great experience and I would recommend Budd`s and in particular Mr Bill Coombe. More

Bill was an acquaintance I knew through our children' sports. When my current vehicle died after 13 years and 330,000 Kms I thought I would start my new vehicle search with him. The search didn't last sports. When my current vehicle died after 13 years and 330,000 Kms I thought I would start my new vehicle search with him. The search didn't last long as Bill gauged my needs accurately and recommended a car that fit me perfectly. The dealership offered me a loaner vehicle (that exceeded my expectations) until the new one was ready for pickup as my existing car was no longer safe to drive. I will certainly recommend Budd's Chev/GMC in the future steering people to Bill Coombe when considering a new vehicle. More

I decided to purchase Buick due to reasons including but not limited to, (1) reliability, (2) 7 seating spacing equivalent to a van, (3) strong brand, (4) positive feedback from the existing customers and g not limited to, (1) reliability, (2) 7 seating spacing equivalent to a van, (3) strong brand, (4) positive feedback from the existing customers and great look of its exterior and interior. The decision to swicth from Honda to Buick took a long while but it is primarily driven by the fact that this SUV is designed and manufactured keeping in view the customer needs, requirements and preferences in addition to the market conditions and road safety factors. Bill went over the top. I was nervous about buying my first truck but Bill made the extra effort to find me the truck that I really wanted. Even though I switched my choice the night before we had an ag first truck but Bill made the extra effort to find me the truck that I really wanted. Even though I switched my choice the night before we had an agreement, I woke up the next morning and Bill had my truck. Every effort was made to ensure that I was satisfied and he reassured me he was only a phone call away for any questions or concerns. Nothing beats awesome customer service. He delivered exactly what he promised and suffice to say....I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK!!!!! More

Bill is simply the best! From the very beginning to even after the car was delivered, he took good care of us. We were concerned about buying a used vehicle, but he was friendly, open-minded and responsible after the car was delivered, he took good care of us.
