Craig handled the negotiation aspects in a professional manner and offered extra help if needed. Bounsay helped to seal the deal with his suggestions re paint protection, undercoating, leather protection and extended warranty. Basil took us through the paper signing ceremony and did an excellent job of showing us how to use the many options the car had. Both Henry and Basil reacted promptly to follow up questions. Henry was extremely helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding a vehicle that fit our needs. He helped us pick out the Sonic which was the perfect car for what we were looking for. Henry and Basil both worked together to ensure the delivery of our new Sonic went very smooth. Rob Powell helped us in financing for the vehicle and allowed us to look at any extra add ons for the car. Each staff member worked together to ensure things worked out perfectly. He knew what vehicle was not right for me, however he still respected my decision to test drive several models and also other car makers. At no point did I feel pressured from any of the staff in my decision. Basil was even patient with me in test driving the same car over a few Saturdays. Even now that I have made my purchase, I feel good knowing that I have someone at this location I trust and that I can go to for help with any questions on or about the car.
