With much fear and trepidation we began shopping and one of the dealerships we visited was Budd's Chevrolet. From the moment we were met by our sales person, Basil Silas, we knew we had found the right place. Within a few minutes we had been welcomed half a dozen staff, offered numerous cups of coffee and made to feel right at home. With care and expertise we were led to the vehicle we ended up purchasing, a 2016 Cruze. Basil listened to our needs and concerns and effectively answered them all. Manager Craig Taylor was encouraging as we worked on getting the best deal possible. Today I picked up our new vehicle and could not be happier. He listened to my financial and car needs and suggested in Chevrolet Trax. I fell in love with the vehicle. Then came the part I usually hate, negotiating, but before I even started Basil came back with a price lower than my target and put me in the hands of business manager Bounsay Osylaphet. Bounsay was reassuring, honest, and arranged my financing at zero percent. Even though it was almost closing that evening, both Basil and Bounsay provided amazing, caring service. I hightly recommend this dealer if you are looking to purchase a car. More
