Recently my husband purchased a 2016 GMC Sierra Elevation and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox and once again, Basil was wonderful. The whole process for the purchase of both vehicles and trade in of my vehicle was seamless. In 2014 I wanted a Tahoe and unfortunately Budds did not have what I was looking for in stock so I ended up at Dixie Ford. There was absolutely NO comparison in regards to customer service, and friendly staff. Now we are back and could not be happier! More

He responded within minutes letting me know he was working later that day and would get back to me. He provided me with a quote that same afternoon and after a quick call in the evening, we struck a deal. Basil was extremely professional, honest and responsive during the entire sales process. He provided regular updates, promptly responded to my calls and emails while I was waiting for delivery of the car, and has been great with follow up questions post-delivery. The whole team at Budds, including sales manager Craig Taylor and business manager Rob Powell, who walked me through every item on the bill of sale so that I could fully understand every cost I was paying, were exceptional to deal with.
