I first met Arnold 2 1/2 years ago when I dropped into Toronto Hyundai just to see what the new Sonata was like. I wasn't particularly looking to buy a new car yet. I ended up buying my Sonata that very same day, with a very good deal, without dickering back and forth. I was back for regular servicing today, and was greeted by Arnold by name, while in the waiting area, and we had a nice chat. This friendly customer recognition plus the friendly service personnel, namely Rovina is the reason I keep returning for service. I will recommend Toronto Hyundai for future sales and servicing.
