I would give this Antonio Leung no star if possible. I would'nt hire him in a junkyard, if you ask me! What a bad attitude, no professionalism, cant communicate and worse, cant provide a simple customer s would'nt hire him in a junkyard, if you ask me! What a bad attitude, no professionalism, cant communicate and worse, cant provide a simple customer service. I've been in allot of BMW service centres and they always provide top notch services. That is why I own a BMW. This guy must have been working there for a long time and gets away with allot of awful work habbits, with seniority privileges. Makes the management in this location looks so bad, If you get this guy to consult you, you'll wonder how a company like BMW have a guy like this, represent them. From now on, I will take my vehicle to a real BWM dealership. To other future customers, I suggest you do the same! It will save you time, stress and regret. -Connor Mckenzie More

I am shocked with the service named under BMW at this location You guys won’t believe this is true happened to me and BMW dealer lol My engine light on 2018 BMW X3 and booked appointment .they checked location You guys won’t believe this is true happened to me and BMW dealer lol My engine light on 2018 BMW X3 and booked appointment .they checked said some parts need be replaced. Later on said parts need about two weeks to order . I am waiting and waiting no body call . One month later I call them and booked service. You can’t believe what’ they said “ it’s over one month your parts replacement request was refused by over two weeks policy. What?????? I suggest BMW take your service warranty off when you sell your car . If you do so I am happy with the car itself. Cheap dealer at Kennedy/HW7 BMW dealer I still like the brand but not this dealer Too too cheap. More

Though expensive but make sense I like the salesperson Antonio, he is very nice and very kind and help me at cost. I am sure my car will be fixed and drive longer. Sometimes, I chang I like the salesperson Antonio, he is very nice and very kind and help me at cost. I am sure my car will be fixed and drive longer. Sometimes, I changed my mind, haaaaa, but overall, their service is good (I don't how best, but at least good) and with warranty, at least for 2 years, you don't worry or not worry too much. Before, few years ago, I met a guy who send his BMW to a road side shop, and he said Dealer can not fix after paying over 2000$. I always doubt that is truth, and some one asking is it worth that much to send to dealer? I have no idea worth it or not, I guess this, if replace with brand new parts with blots can not fix it, you think with grey market parts can fix it without any warranty? I don't know how the dealer fix a car by whatever, but with a 2 year warranty, that is what I need. Thanks to Antonio for always help me and my family to arrange a pick up and help us to negotiate. I say sorry if I change my mind sometimes. Great job. More
