Awesome Experience My wife and I recently visited this dealership in the hopes of obtaining a Jeep Wrangler. We were immediately greeted by Anthony Pelleriti whom inst My wife and I recently visited this dealership in the hopes of obtaining a Jeep Wrangler. We were immediately greeted by Anthony Pelleriti whom instantly put us at ease with his relaxed a jovial nature.He said that he would make us happy,and that he certainly did.We signed for a vehicle that day at and excellant price.He commented that we could call him anytime if we had questions,and he had the answers when I called him back.There was no pushiness or intimidation to speak of during this process.Being that my wife drives a good distance to work,we were concerned about how long it may take to obtain the vehicle.he assured us in saying he would do what he could.It turns out we received the vehicle in just a few days.I would like to point out that Scott Kerr was very instrumental in finding an upgraded version of the vehicle that had everything my wife and I could imagine.We also dealt with Ken Zhang who led us through the different warranties that were available in a very professional and knowledgeable way.This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership and would like to thank the staff at Vaughan Chrysler for going above and beyond. There was no pressure to buy , Demetry was very good and explaining every detail about the jeep , it was like sitting down and having a conversation with a friend . It is nice when Frank comes out and takes the time to greet you in the sales office, always nice to see that . Delivery of the car was very good , it was a rainy night and went in the service bay and Anthony went through every gadget on the car and explained how it worked . To be quite honest, Chrysler was at the lower end of our list! My wife and I finally decided, we should at least take a look. As soon as we stepped onto the Vaughan Chrysler lot, we were greated by the greatest smile money can buy. I let him know buying a car stressed me out. The first offering was an esspresso! I knew I was in the right place as soon as I was offered this gracious coffee. With no pressure and no questions, we were told to have a look around and please ask, if we had any questions. Anthony Pelleriti was the salesmans name. He blew us away with his knowledge and comparasins with all the compeditors vehicles. We ended up buying a Dodge Journey and are so happy with our vehicle and with our experience with everyone at Vaughan Chrysler! The whole team made us feel like we were family. Everytime I go for oil changes I still get treated like family! So now, I bring the cannoli's! More
