I always like to visit that same dealer for the first service. The service staff of Derek and Anthony and Grant and Marcello all treated me like a friend. They really cared about my problem. Answering all and any questions like they really wanted to have me understand. Always friendly and upbeat. Marcello is the one that I always tend to go to as you always like to pick someone to create That relationship with. Although it could have been any of those great guys. Marcello has been perfect in his dealing with my wishes for an appointment to setting up a rental if needed to making sure that I am taken care of to the utmost. And I always feel I have been. He explaines what my vehicle requires and makes sure I understand fully. Then ..He gets it done. And as good as Marcello is. He needs good people behind him and on accession I have spoken with Roman. Absolutely great! Never a problem. Simple...I drive from Pickering to Mississauga not because of Dodge. It is because of your people. They make the dealership. They make the difference. More

The best car purchase experience of my life!! I finally had the ability to purchase a vehicle that I wanted and felt I deserved. Knowing that I needed a high quality 4x4 for our cold Canadian winter months I was exeptionally happy and elated with the experience and the service I received from the crew at Ontario Chrystler Jeep Dodge in Mississauga. I went to various dealerships and none stood up to the service I received by Constantine, the nicest and most accommodating salesman I've ever met. It didn't end there. Marcelo there continues to make my visits easy, and provides me with the assistance and guidance I need. He's who I look for if I need anything I want to thank these two men as well as the Derrick, Grant and Anthony. I didn't know buying a car could be such an amazing experience. This team rocks!
