4th car from Whitby toyota I did look around , an informed consumer would only do that ,only to realize I was always comparing to Toyota. I do the same thing every time I buy a new car, therapeutic I guess. My daughter once went for a job interview , when asked what does "customer service" mean to you , she replied in a heartbeat "Gord at Whitby Toyota". I have a 2004 Sienna , currently being shipped back on a train from BC to Ont.. We expect the van to be here in 10 days . It was my daughter who left it out there the summer of 2016 who said "Gord at Whitby Toyota" in 2004. We were confident that the van could make a cross country trip with reliability. This is why.... I have performed all of the maintenance as per schedule at Whitby Toyota . Good service department Art , Kevin ,Steve ...........Reliability is second to none. 394,000 kl and many more to come But eventually you need to get a new car.....12 years later .......we decided on a Toyota Venza. With all of the plans we had this summer , the easiest was dealing with Gary at Whitby Toyota. He knew we would be back , he knew we had four Toyotas , he knew his product! . New Car I was driving a 97 Buick which was working just fine for me. I just retired and wanted a new car so I went out and bought one. My spouse had a 1999 To I was driving a 97 Buick which was working just fine for me. I just retired and wanted a new car so I went out and bought one. My spouse had a 1999 Toyota Corolla with 378,000 plus kms on it and it just kept going. With a track record like that, I decided to buy a Toyota Camry and hope it does me as well as that old Corolla. I picked the car up today and have only driven 44 kms but I love the car. More

I wanted a specific model/option package & colour . Prepared to wait till found . Pricing and trade-in of my Toyota product very professional and fair. Andrew Ward did a great job with Whitby Toyota sales team to find and deliver the auto. He kept me informed of progress and had all paperwork ready for delivery. He took the time to go thru new features on Rav4 and help me set-up electronics, blue tooth etc. Very happy with new Rav4 and purchase process. I also know from servicing my previous Toyotas it will be will looked after during routine service checks. Andrew also put tabs in service manual so I could find key items quickly. Happy customer with another outstanding Toyota product. More

Just leased a 2016 Scion SE This is my third leased vehicle from Whitby Toyota, (previously had two Matrix in a row). Love my new 2016 Scion SE.
