Due to the supply chain issues at the time, I expected a long wait, but Turpin Kia had the shortest wait time among all the dealerships I contacted — just three months. What impressed me even more was their proactive communication: they regularly emailed me with updates without me having to ask. Anytime I reached out with questions, they responded promptly and professionally. Now, after two years of driving my Carnival, I’m still very happy with the car and the service I received. I ran into a bit of an urgent situation with my 14-day new Kia Seltos on a Friday evening. I had driven through a construction zone and picked up a nail in my tire. She not only confirmed the details of the warranty, but connected me with Ashley, who arranged pick up, repair and drop off of the tire to my home within 48 hours. After 15 years of buying (3)/leasing (1) vehicles from other Kia dealers in the area, I could not be happier with the service I'm receiving from Turpin.
