My wife and I are brand new 2019 Niro SX Touring owners and we couldn't be happier. We were pleasantly greeted by Andre who discussed the Niro with us and after 10-15 minutes we had a good vibe and felt like Turpin Kia was a place we'd feel comfortable giving our business to if we could reach an agreement on the cost (more on that in a moment). Andre was open and honest with us with all of our questions and concerns and exceeded our expectations in earning our business. Even after we signed off on the deal, Andre stayed in touch with us to keep us posted on the delivery, reminders for what we would need on delivery day, etc. It was thoughtful and appreciated. I know for a fact we got a fair price on the car too. If you live in Carp/Kanata/Stittsville and got the "best price" from the other guys.... well, Carleton Place isn't that far, do yourselves a favour and go to Turpin... they are fully transparent with cost/fees! When we started our search for a new vehicle, my wife and I jointly agreed on two things we wanted: 1) Find a new vehicle that we would enjoy and that would meet our needs; 2) Be happy with who we are giving our business to. Started out at the KIA Canada site and asked for quotes. Initially, I received 5 dealers that were interested. Turpin Kia being the first to reply. I was totally upfront with Peter via back and forth emails that I had requested quotes from other dealers as well, and I had no real interest in going into a dealership to spend hours negotiating and sitting around. Peter was very understanding and listen carefully to my wants. After narrowing my choices down to 2 dealerships, I emailed Peter and let him know I was prepared to buy. As smooth as a transaction could be. On purchase day Peter, Mike & Andre were great to meet and deal, with making a great buying experience. Totally satisfied with overall degree of knowledge and helpfulness from the guys. Would not hesitate to recommend. More

The Kia soul may not have been my first choice from looks but I'm extremely happy it was the one I drove off the lot with. Compact yet spacious and the new 2020 model comes with so many great features I could not pass it up. More
