I felt betrayed and should have walked out feom the dealer but I appreciated the hard work of sales associate Anand Sakai that’s why I completed the transaction. By the time I went home I discovered scuff marks amd scratches on the side I told the sales associates hopefully they will contact me to fix it otherwise will not go back or recommend. More

Sales man had great knowledge Anand had greys service helping me fins a SUV in my price range and Matt Fischer helps awesome with the finanaces. Only downside to the experience was the vehicle I wanted had a few dents in it we tried to negotiate the price or get then fixed and the sales manager Robin was rude and right away said they wouldn't. He almost lost the deal. After speaking with Matt and Anand again they made it right and got the dents fixed. Those two are greys very happy with them. More
