While I was doing my research, I was speaking with a local repair shop and they commented that they’ve had many customers speak positivity on Charlesglen Toyota. Knowing that I was already going to purchase a Toyota my wife and I headed on over to see them. We were dealing with Kate online for a demo truck and it was just what I was looking for. Kate was great to deal with and we we’re able to come to a win-win agreement in short order. I wanted to have a few items added to the truck and those were installed with meticulous detail. Personally, I’m looking for a dealership who understands the value in a long-term business relationship and Charlesglen was that dealer. I couldn’t be happier with my purchasing experience and highly recommend Kate and the others without hesitation. Top marks in my books. More
