Alisha has always worked with me to ensure the highlander is working at its best while understanding that cost can be an issue. I love having a direct number to her and she always calls me back. She emails me details when I am too busy to talk and they are always prompt to deliver me home when I drop off the vehicle. The vehicle is always running in perfect order, I love the car washing service and the overall cleanliness of the dealership and service centre. It was the service I have had with this highlander that led me recently to purchase an additional Toyota vehicle a 2014 4Runner - still about 7000Km away from needing its first service but thats okay I know where I will be taking it!! I have given the rating I did because from the moment I entered the Service Centre, I received very friendly, helpful efficient service. Alisha greeted me with a "Welcome to Toyota". This was my first ser entered the Service Centre, I received very friendly, helpful efficient service. Alisha greeted me with a "Welcome to Toyota". This was my first service on my Rav 4. She informed me what would be done to the car and how long it may take. I told her that my brakes were squeaking and she set up having them looked @ as well. She also told me where the Customer Lounge was and that she would call me when the service was complete. She also asked if I wanted a car wash. The job was completed faster than I thought and everything, that was done, was done efficiently and clearly. It is nice to have a clean car too! I even received 2 chits to get 2 more car washes. Alisha was pleasant, friendly and efficient and said to contact her if I needed future assistance. I was very pleased with the attention she gave me! She is an asset to your organization! More

The three service agents listed above, with whom I have been dealing since Toyota On The Park opened (and in the case of Kasian, g reasonable price. For example, although I only see them two or three times a year, they always remember my name. Our two Toyotas are always serviced on time, and at a reasonable price.
