Efficient Alisha is knowledgable about cars ... efficient in getting work done .... and pleasant with customers. I was 'in and out' in 20 minutes when an icon Alisha is knowledgable about cars ... efficient in getting work done .... and pleasant with customers. I was 'in and out' in 20 minutes when an icon on my dash was visible. She checked my gas cap which was very loose and knew the problem. Alisha actually drove my car into the service area and picked it up when it was reset and ready. How terrific is that ! More

I would probably give a 4.5 for quality of work(no such option) due to a couple of minor incidents some time ago that were rectified to my satisfaction.
