I brought my 2019 Ram 2500 in for a warranty recall for the fuel pump. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. The service rep Janice said they would start work on it first thing Monday morning. the fuel pump. The appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance. The service rep Janice said they would start work on it first thing Monday morning. I dropped the truck off Sunday night. Janice called me around 3 on Monday to tell me that its taking a long time to fix and they will need the truck over night. I picked it up Tuesday at 10am and noticed on the work order that it took just over 5 hours to repair. So they either stopped working on it or did not start it when they said, either way Janice lied to me on the phone. 2 hours after picking it up all electrical went down while I was on hwy 400 in Barrie. I had no brake lights, signals, speedometer or anything related to electrical. As soon as I shut the truck off it died. I called Adrian Sembay the Service Manager and he told me to open the hood and try to wiggle wires to fix it. It didn't work. I asked him to call a tow truck and he said he wouldn't and told me to call. He gave me a number to call for towing and the number he gave me was wrong. He then gave me another number to call and the company refused to pick up in Barrie. I called my own tow truck. I text him and asked if he was going to have a rental car for me and if anyone was going to be there when we got to his dealership with the tow truck, this was just after 5. He never replied back. When we got to the dealer its now 6:30pm and no one was there. no call back from the dealer, no help at all. We tried to call a taxi but no taxi would come as we live an hour away. The service manager Adrian Sembay never called me back to answer my questions. I received a call from a service rep around 11:30 today telling me my truck is ready for pick up and there would be no charge. They have not reimbursed me for the tow. My truck was running perfect with no issues before I dropped it off and after they replaced the fuel pump it died, We got home after 9pm and had to have a family member pick us up. I will never use this dealer again and do not recommend using them for any service or warranty issues. You can not count on them to assist you. You may have to walk home or they will tell you to try and fix it yourself. More

I will never purchase another dodge Chrysler. You do not stand behind your product! My wife has a 2015 Willy’s and I made a very big mistake purchasing your vehicle. I will never purchase and I will do my best to convince anyone I can talk to not yo purchase a dodge. 40,000 klm and my brakes are damaged. And it’s my fault cause I need to service my bress as is. This is not a truck with air breaks. Since when do you service car breaks with grease. Your tech at collingwood blue mountain said I haven’t “greased” my breaks. This is done at the manufacture. More
