They are always very courteous, friendly and service oriented. I can count on them to ensure I have the service performed on the vehicle that is necessary to keep it running well and always reliable. Scott Bertrand does an amazing job informing me what/why a specific service is required and expalining the purpose for the procedure. He is always very accurate with how long it is going to take so I can plan my day. I'm always impressed with his knowledge, and the humour he brings to the job. Just a great individual and Lexus should be proud to have such an individual on their service team. Sid Amalsadvala and Abdul Ramadan always makes a point of saying hello when I'm in for serivce and asking if I'm satisfied or if there is anything they can do for me.
