Purchasing a Lexus has been a goal of mine for some time. One that I viewed as my next big step in life. My grandfather has owned an LS since 1992, and my father has just purchased a GS as well (both from different dealerships). When I first walked into Erin Park Lexus, I was greeted warmly by reception. I did have an appointment booked with Abdul Ramadan, who quickly met with me and welcomed me immediately with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. I immediately felt at ease with Mr. Ramadan. Abdul's knowledge of the entire Lexus line was quite impressive. He was able to pinpoint the car that would suit me best, based on my driving style and a brief discussion about where I am in my life. His exceptional service did not stop their either. Abdul helped me through the entire process, and ensured I was comfortable with everything along the way. Explaining all components clearly and in depth. Abdul made it clear that he wasn't just selling a car, but rather building a relationship. I can assure you, he's done just that. I will continue returning to Erin Park Lexus, and hope to see Mr. Ramadan there on my visits. I will also recommend any friends or family to contact him when they're in the market for a vehicle. I can also assure you, that I will be buying my future cars from him as well. He has gained a friend and client for life. More

New Car Purchase Buying a car is a very stressful experience especially when it comes time to the negotiations. I have to say that my latest purchase was contrary to that. From the time I walked into the dealership at Erin Park Lexus and finished the negotiations I felt very at ease. Never once did I feel pressured to make the sale. Abdul Ramadan was very personable and informative. He took the time to talk to me and get to know me and understand my driving needs. The test drive was great. We put the car through quite a ride to experience it's performance abilities. There was no push on to sell me the "complete" package car with all the electronic do dads. In the end, he helped me choose the car that best fit me and not the bottom line. I came away with a great car and a great deal thanks to Abdul Ramadan and P.J. Caletti, General Manager. Would highly recommend this dealership. When the time comes for my next car, I will definitely go back to Erin Park Lexus. Debbie More

This is now the second NEW vehicle we have purchased and I cant say enough about our sales rep Abdul Ramadan! We purchased our first vehicle in 2010 when we were expecting our first child. I still remember very clearly browsing the showroom with my husband and being welcomed warmly by this very kind man. Abdul assisted us in selecting a vehicle that was both reliable and safe for our growing family (RX350). We were so satisfied that we returned in 2013 now expecting our second child to purchase our second Lexus vehicle. Surprisingly after 4 years Abdul still remembered us by name. Abdul ALWAYS exudes excellent service, is very knowledge of the Lexus product, is always patient with our questions and overall just simply FANTASTIC to deal with. He certainly goes above and beyond for his customers! We would definitely recommend the Lexus product to others and send them directly to Abdul to deal with. We couldn't be happier with our vehicles and our experience at Erin Park and this is defiantly because of Abdul. Excellent service. They are a great team. They are very professional and accommodating. I came in late on a Friday 6pm with a blown transmission under ECP. Carly stayed late to accommodate me and provide m professional and accommodating. I came in late on a Friday 6pm with a blown transmission under ECP. Carly stayed late to accommodate me and provide me with a rental Lexus despite being closed. They also called back Tom from Enterprise rental to assist me though he left for the day. They are a very good team They provided me a brand new Lexus with only 3000k on it What a great experience. They are working on the transmission and have told me to take my time keeping the rental. Excellent service and I will def be going back to them for all my future needs with them.
