Very upset with this whole experience. Should have paid more attention to negative reviews. What do you do when the owner will not even bother to return my calls. Sick to my stomach on how you treated me and my family.

why does the service take so long at this dealership? i was in to have my tires mounted and balanced and so far it has taken over 2 hours. the service desk staff said that he would have me in and out quickly and to wait in the lobby. he didn't ask for my phone number so i was stuck there. After 30 minutes he came out and told me the tires were worn and that they should be replaced and then mentioned some other stuff that could also be done. the total would have been over $1000 dollars and i would have had to wait longer for them to bring the tires in from somewhere else. I said I didn't have the time today and have to be at another appointment. After that everything seems to slow down. If they already have my car in the shop and have looked at the tires why does it take another few hours to get the job done? I'm guessing cause i didn't want to pay for anything extra

We purchased a used truck from John Bear It was a fantastic no pressure experience, Our Sales Rep Tyler Morrison did a fantastic job showing us the vehicles we were looking for. All in all I highly recommend this dealer for no hassle experience. I will be shopping here next time we need a vehicle

A very disappointing visit to purchase a used vehicle. The salesperson went to the sales manager to give us final price. Several additional items..fuel, security etch, dealer fee were added . I said this was contrary to OMVIC all in pricing requirement and was told these additional items were shown as discounts …yes.. but the discounted amount was less than the total of these items. Upon being caught they did adjust it so the price was the advertised price plus HST and licence. They asked for a deposit and for us to sign a preliminary bill of sale. It was then in the finance office were were informed that this vehicle was a daily rental. Absolutely no mention of this before. This also is contrary to OMVIC regulations as this info is to be disclosed before any deposit given or bill of sale signed. Since the dealership had more than one contravention of OMVIC regulations we felt we could not trust them and walked away from deal .

Was looking for a pick up truck. I was met by a gentleman named Dan Carisse. Who had all the answers for my questions. He answered my questions about the truck I didn’t even know about. I decided to purchase the truck and from there he looked after everything. The finance office was right on the ball and had everything looked after promptly. I could not have had a better service with this fearless hip. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks for the experience Roy Pacheco
