People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people NEVER forget how you made them feel. I feel like I was deceived, lied too and squeezed for extra cash every time they called me. My Service advisor, every time she call, would find any way to squeeze me for extra cash on the job. Which by the way went to someone else. Her attention to detail was so great, on the final invoice, her contact number which she called me nine times, was complete incorrect!
The Service Manager was upset cause she believed my vehicle was being services some where else. Like she owned the vehicle. NEWS FLASH............. It will be now for sure! Great Customer Service !
I guess the bottom line of what I'am saying is , go through you final invoice THOROUGHLY!! My was complete incorrect and the my service advisor try to tell me it was a small mistype on the her behalf. Hard to believe that the number could change from a 1 to a 9 which is on the other side of a keyboard. One of the manager"s try to tell me to pay the invoice in full and they would credit my account....LOL.I don't believe you'll see this account used here again.
