Having just gone through a disappointing experience of incompetence at another dealership it was refreshing to find Capital Ford Lincoln to be friendly and honest. I spoke to Darcey, Service Advisor about a coolant leak in my F150, I was quite clear about what I believed to be the cause. The service tech’s obviously listened to Darcey, the proper repair was done with an additional recommendation re brakes and a couple of smaller items I was already aware of. There was no contrived list of unnecessary repairs, the inspection list was exactly as I expected- just the honest facts. I will be moving my future service needs to Capital Ford Lincoln, and will be contacting the Sales team in the near future regarding a trade. Thank you all.

Service dept. is always on top of things and accommodating. I brought my vehicle in for work which was completed quick, and they looked into a recall and ordered the parts for it without me know of the recall.
