Best Service and the absolute Service Advisors - STEPHEN JOLICOEUR
I bought my 2014 Escape new from this dealer, and for the last 4 /2 years I have received nothing but the absolute best service and the cream of the crop when it comes to the Service Advisers. Patrick Doucette is a gentlemen, really believes in customer service and always takes the time to discuss and explain everything. On more than one occasion he has personally brought my vehicle to the front door, when he notices that I have a hard time walking. That is service beyond, anything that I have ever experienced in my 52 years of driving. More than once , I have arrived without an appointment and asked if it would be possible to have something fixed or checked, and Patrick or Danielle Villeneuve (other adviser) has slipped me during the morning. I am totally satisfied with the complete team at Mont-Bleu Ford.

Booked appointment for 7:15 a.m. for tire change and oil change, tires were already on rims.
work was done properly but it took way too long to get the car back. (2 1/2 hrs)
Will probably go back to my old ford dealer.
Worst dealership ever - Sad custumer
Water was leaking in they never found where it was coming from but after the warranty was over miracle they found it and it will cost 2500$,called Ford and there nothing they can do.

I bought an Ecosports 2018 on June 5th. At that day when I went there to pick up my car, I found the back seats were not set up well and the drip moldings had problem. Then the sales man said he would ask the service to order the parts and made an appointment for me as long as they got the parts. Then he help me make an appointment on June 18th. But when my husband arrived there on time, they told him they didn't get the parts.(the salesman said they forgot to order), but nobody informed us that before we went there. my husband asked 3 hours dayoff to there. They didn't even say sorry , they just tell him they will order the parts then make another appointment. I am extremely upset. I made a complaint, the sale department director proposal me $200 the dealer credit , I didn't take it because they lost my trust at beginning. By the way , their salesman made a lot of mistake and make the sale process was confusion and unorganized.
Poor customer service after sale - Ford customer 71
I have had a Ford vehicle for 3 years and have had my maintenance done at this location because it is close to my place. Every time I deal with them, i get the attitude and very little information about what was done on my vehicle. Once more, I left 4 voice mails to get someone to call me back and after 10 days I still haven't heard from them. When you call, their voice mail is full or you get stuck in a cyberspace phone system going no where. Very frustrating.

I ask for paint for my Fusion. I forgot it and called 3 months after. The man said they never received. Recalled 2 days after to cancel. The new man said they received and will check inventory to confirm and call me back. Never recalled... 3rd call i cancelled the order. 1 month later, I called to take appointment for service. I was put on hold for near 10 long minutes. After the service guy took 5 additional minutes to finally say that his computer was not working properly. He took my phone to call me back. Never call me until now.... I changed Ford dealer.
