We purchased a used 1 year old 2016 F-250 that included the Ford maintenance package purchased by the previous owner. This is a transferable feature we very much liked and the Carle salesman was very up on. However, the dealer failed to tell us there was a transfer fee and no mention of the paperwork required for the transfer to take place. We found this out at our local Ford dealer. In fact, I asked the Carle salesman about it and he said there would be no problem.
Also, I asked them to give the truck a good cleaning inside. Carpets and seats had only a fast vacuum and a deodorizer spray.
Also, they conveniently kept forgetting about other negotiated items that I had to remind them of delaying delivery.
Also, communications between departments was bad. No one talks to each other. Suspect maybe the English to French transfer of information could have been the cause.
Know exactly what you want and have everything written down. Everything! Their casualness...and yes, friendliness may seem nice but it will work against you. This is business. And never trust one line reviews...of anything.
