I've had the pleasure of buying 3 vehicles here and leasing 1. Each time I've dealt with Emmanuel, a really nice guy originally from France I believe. After I had a disastrous experience at other Ford dealerships trying to find a particular truck, with one meeting with him, he was able to find what I needed and explained a bit the process of how it works trading vehicles with other dealerships and it was really quite pleasant.
When I grew my company and needed more trucks I always went back with him. Any type of issue (and there was only paperwork complications going from registered to incorporated company etc) but any issue at all, I went to him and he put me in contact with the right person. I've always felt that most peoples bad experiences is often because you deal with someone who is trying to help you but its beyond their competency. With Emmanuel he knew exactly which person was the right person to resolve any type of particular issue.
Besides that, there was never any pressure sales and always had fun test driving the vehicles. All the other staff is very friendly.
The mechanic aspect is a bit pricey but that's the case with most dealership garages.
I've been very satisfied with my experience there. When my lease is up, I will probably be getting another vehicle elsewhere simply because my wife doesn't want me to have a truck (I have enough with the company trucks!) and Ford doesn't carry a diverse amount of cars anymore.
I would definitely recommend going to buy new there because that's been my experience and compared to other dealerships, it was quite open, honest and pleasant

Had a fusion at end of lease, and wanted to trade for something new - Edge Titanium. As the lease came to an end, I called several times, wrote and even dropped in to leave a message. In desperation I dropped a note to Gabriel head office and the dealer director - no one ever called back. No one was interested at all. Defies all belief that they spend all that money getting you to walk in the door, even more getting you to buy a car, and then just don't give a crap and don't respond at all. Customer retention = zero. Bought from another Ford dealer - the cars are good, this dealer though.... nah. Waste of time.

J ai acheté une voiture de luxe à grand prix et lors d un entretien usuel le service à endommagé la carrosserie. J ai fait une fiche negative chez ford et le propriétaire m a fait la leçon et insulté. Ce sont des amateur, très mauvais concessionnaire, à éviter.

Bought two lemons in a row and got a third purchase with them because other dealers would not take trade in. Repairs were done but the same problem would show up and it was always something new. The last purchase was good but the only problem was supposedly repaired but again the same.Now they say it is something else but not guaranteed
Now we will try with small claims court, let the judge decide.
I must say that sales rep. was amazing.

Purchased a used F-150 and the service at first was not the best, due to a language barrier with one of them, but then dealt with the owner's son, which was good during the purchase. That changed, and I feel once they got their money, that was is it. The great service stopped there. We feel like this was another bad experience with a dealership, as bad surprises always seem to happen after the purchase.
