I leased a 2020 truck have had problems with the brakes from day one , brought vehicle in for service , they changed a caliber that was sticking . Left a month goes by same problem . Brought vehicle back . Changed caliber and rotors . Also stater there was a power distribution problem and gave me instruction to preform this fix my self . So I was told to take my vehicle out at 2:00 am so the traffic is light and bring vehicle to 80 km /h at 3000 rpm pull over put vehicle in neutral then park then take vehicle get up to 100 km/h pull over put in neutral then park while at 3000rpm and repeat 9 times this was the most ridiculous thing Iv Heard a dealership tell a customer. So I called back cause they had my vehicle for three days and I’m self employed. Some one from customer service called me and said when I was ready to bring vehicle back they would provide a courtesy car . No such luck I called back and the service manager told me that they could not provide a courtesy car and if I wanted one I would have to pay half the cost . The service manger has got to be one of the rudest customer service representative I’ve ever had to deal with instead of rectifying the situation he showed not interest in a resolution . Terrible customer service .
Ps : they also decided after the last service to leave my truck in the back lot with widow down you couldn’t believe the amount of pollen in the vehicle was seriously pissed off . Don’t recommend getting you vehicle service here . The sales ppl are awesome but take your vehicle to another Ford dealer to get real customer service.

Like several reviews I just read I too was banned for not giving a 5⭐ review. Josee Belanger had the Odasity to call me at work to be condescending. I will be reporting this dealership to the Ministry. My car has been running horribly since my last service and won't stay in a straight line after they ousted an alignment on me. Great People!!! Lol....Go To Cambrian!!!! Less Condit condescending, no where as rude, and much better people!!!!

Had an appointment to drop of my F150 for backup Camera issues, drop time at 7:30 i was there 7:20.. i suppose to get a loner car they said they don't have we will get you one from Rental. said OK. waited for 30 mint.. no car.. I asked they said we will drop you at rental car office.. said OK.. they dropped me their to pick up the car .. had to wait other 15 mint then i was told i had to wait till we send the car for washing!! i lift back to Ford, told i was them what happen i was upset. then i asked for my truck key as i don't want to have it fixed now. very cool they did not say anything they gave me the key and told me to pick it from the parking its in line B !! very bad 1st experience.. very disorganization service center,, they careless about customers..

I brought my truck in for a rattling from the engine which the service advisor stated it was the cam phasors and timing belt which he quoted around 3500 bucks then two days later the bill came to 3902 in which the rattling still existed and my skid plate was removed and never put back on and now sits in my back seat and its not my skid plate! They gave me someone else's skid plate cause my had a crack in it that was twist tied on the cracked part plus they didnt give me my bolts or fastners back for it! The second diagnosis found it to be my starter which cost me even more money! They also damaged the plastic protective strip that runs along front bumper and never fixed! The service advisor showed me pics of my truck being worked on and it was fine! So 4200 + later the truck now vibrates abit when over 110-120kms!! This dealership wants all your money now instead of forever...its top dollar for mediocre work if any? Ill never go back there again and now calling OMVIC cause head office can't do anything about poor workmanship and paid misdiagnoses! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DONWAY FORD! Apparently they lost their Lincoln license so that tells you something right there?
