Was just waiting for a oil change with my MKC and decided to check out the new Corsair. Dee came along and showed us the new features on the vehicle and we were impressed. He said he had the same colour on the lot with a few more features. We asked what deal we could get to see if it was worth while.
Needless to say we are happy to say we now own a Corsair.

I took my 2010 Ford Fusion in for a recall on my drivers side airbag that they were to replace and I figured as long as I was there I would get my oil changed. When I went to pick up the vehicle I was informed that I needed 2 front struts, an idler arm, both air filters needed to be replaced and my battery post cleaned. To replace the 2 filters was $175...I replaced them myself for $45. I spent 10 minutes cleaning the battery post and they wanted $50 to do it. I took the car to another repair shop to be checked out and I did need the struts and idler arm so I had them replace the 2 struts and 2 idler arms instead of one plus an alignment. The cost to me was $890. White Oaks price to replace 2 struts...1 idler arm and an alignment was $2400. I will never return to this dealer for anything unless I want to be grossly overcharged!

I had my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr in at Belanger Ford due to a starting problem . The Mechanic working on the car worked long and hard to trace the problem to the instrument cluster in the dash board. When it could not be replaced or repaired locally, Darlene and John sourced a specialty shop in the States and shipped it south to be rebuilt. I'm happy to say that the car starts like a charm even in this cold weather we have been having and the fact the car is not plugged in at night. Great work work Belanger Ford Lincoln for getting my car back on the road. You have a great group of people working there to keep our cars on the road regardless of the car's age. Being a lifelong Ford owner, the service centre here makes me question my choices. Not only is each service visit a frustrating, embarrassing experience, where communication sucks and the service specialists' apathy is overwhelming, but twice I year when I have them change winter/summer tires, I know my wheels will be loose within 3-5 days (when they start clunking on the highway at high speed) and I have to jack it up, re-seat and tighten myself (at least it gets done then). I have had an order in with this dealership for a new car since last September with no timeline for delivery. Today's abysmal service experience is making me consider cancelling that purchase and going with a brand that is at least modestly competent.

Had an appointment to drop of my F150 for backup Camera issues, drop time at 7:30 i was there 7:20.. i suppose to get a loner car they said they don't have we will get you one from Rental. said OK. waited for 30 mint.. no car.. I asked they said we will drop you at rental car office.. said OK.. they dropped me their to pick up the car .. had to wait other 15 mint then i was told i had to wait till we send the car for washing!! i lift back to Ford, told i was them what happen i was upset. then i asked for my truck key as i don't want to have it fixed now. very cool they did not say anything they gave me the key and told me to pick it from the parking its in line B !! very bad 1st experience.. very disorganization service center,, they careless about customers..
