I have been dealing with Courtesy Ford now for 6 years. I have bought 2 cars through them and have done all of my services through the dealership, and I have had no problems. Everyone has been pleasant and easy for me to deal with, and I would have no problem recommending someone to the dealership. The salesman Matt is a super guy, and I look forward to seeing him on my service visits or when looking ahead to my next vehicle.

Highly recommend the professionalism of this entire team. Mark Dorcas went above and beyond to expedite the repairs on my truck and ensure I had it back before the holidays. I even got it a day earlier than anticipated! Their care and concern for my vehicle was also extended to my well being. His team mates were quick to answer my questions when Mark was busy with another customer. They all knew what was happening and what stage my repairs were at any time I called. It really set my mind at ease. I can't thank Mark enough for his time, effort, energy and genuinely caring nature.

Extremely unhappy with service. I received 3 emails and 2 texts reminding me not to forget my Appt. Drove 45 mins to Donnelly, dropped car at 8am. 3pm receive call saying won't get to your vehicle today, can you leave it. I said, no its my only vehicle. Oh well ok, you can come get it and reschedule. Uh what? Complete indifference to customer. Cost me $40 in Uber. And they had the nerve to ask me when I'd like to bring it back. Never obviously. Unreal

I recommend you go elsewhere. Our van was broken into while on their lot and they charged us for the repairs. Also added $100 labour for changing a fuse. They only want to make money. No customer appreciation at all.

We bought an F-150 from an Ottawa dealer but tried a dealer for our servicing that was closer to home. After the first time, no one else touched my truck until I traded it in recently. Sadly the Ford Super Duty did not meet our needs, but if we could have, we would have bought it here. Their service desk is the best!
