My very senior parents live in Petrolia. They were in London on a personal matter and had issues with their aged Ford Ranger. They were directed to Courtesy Ford Lincoln.
My mom has asked me to write a note commending the service at Courtesy Ford.
There was an issue with a fan belt, and upon further investigation this one issue became a bigger issue. The Service Tech provided an estimate cost. My parents agreed to go forward with the repair ... they had no other option to getting back to Petrolia.
My mom wants Courtesy Ford to know how much they appreciated the effort the Service Techs put into make the vehicle right. My mom says "the guys were just so good...we are so thankful they helped us AND the cost was below the anticipated estimate."
SO, thank you to the Courtesy Ford Lincoln Service Techs for getting my parents home safely.

I would like to say thank you to the great service staff at Formula Ford! I blew a tire on my 2017 ford transit and managed to have Ford road side assistance tow my van to Formula Ford. The parking lot was extremely busy with tow trucks dropping vehicles off and others dropping off vehicles for regular service. The service technicians knew that this is my work van and that I needed it on the road to work! One of the technicians got on the task at hand immediately replacing the blown tire with the spare, outside in the rain! In less than an hour my van was dropped off,tire replaced and off on my way! When I went in to pay the bill, I was shocked, they charged me $30.02! Said 20 minutes of labour! Wow! I own 8 work vans and 5 personal vehicals and I have NEVER paid that little for any service work on any of my vehicles! 6 months ago I hit a pot hole in the city and blew a tire, it took all day for the Ford dealership to put the spare on and cost me $265.00 plus taxes for that!
I would defiantly be visiting this dealership for future purchases and service to my vehicles!

Stacey was very friendly and knowledgeable when my fiancé and I went to look at the car we wanted to get. He took the time to find out all the answers to our questions. We felt very comfortable buying a car from him. He made sure to fix the things we asked about which was much appreciated. Would 10/10 recommend him. He followed up after we purchased to make sure everything was running smooth and we were happy!
Mya was also a great help! She helped us with all the paperwork for the car and payments. She went above and beyond for us when we had concerns and made us feel comfortable with the purchase as well. She answered all our questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Judged my look and young age, did not take me seriously. Felt negative pressure towards me as if they wanted me to leave. (Not worth their time) I wanted to deal with one saleslady that approached me with her card when I visited to look at a new truck. On my second visit she pawned me off to her co worker.. after test driving a truck, and taking about price. They didn't want to budge on interest and price. Again. Just wanted me to leave. I felt like I was an unwanted guest... I walked next door and bought a brand new Chevy. FUNNY ENOUGH.. sales lady from Ford called me the next day.. I said thanks but I bought a new Chevy instead from next door.

Brought my 2010 ford truck in to rectify a noise coming from the rear differential. I asked the service department to change the fluid to hopefully resolve the problem. After leaving the truck there I went home. Later the service department called me to inform me that after looking over the differential with a stethoscope and checking the bearings that it was not the problem at all but the tires causing the noise. I was then picked up by their shuttle service to collect my truck. Being quite prepared to pay for their work, I was pleasantly surprised they were not charging me anything! Please note that the truck was not purchased from this dealership. I must also mention that the service person ( Jerry Meneray ) was very accommodating. This experience has convinced me to make my next purchase from Lambton Ford.

I unfortunately cannot recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.
While the support staff were friendly they would not prioritize a major safety concern ahead of other appointments. I have a 2018 F-150 that has a current recall notice for faulty door latches. My driver's side door decided to randomly open during movement and the best i was told was that i had to wait for almost three weeks because it was a big job and took a technician a full day or more. I was told i could leave the vehicle there for a period of time (possible three weeks) and they would see if they could get to it.
Pretty shocking to learn that your vehicle doors can open randomly and there is absolutely no sense of urgency to address the issue.
Called Ridgehill Ford in Cambridge for a much better response and service date.

Had an appointment to drop of my F150 for backup Camera issues, drop time at 7:30 i was there 7:20.. i suppose to get a loner car they said they don't have we will get you one from Rental. said OK. waited for 30 mint.. no car.. I asked they said we will drop you at rental car office.. said OK.. they dropped me their to pick up the car .. had to wait other 15 mint then i was told i had to wait till we send the car for washing!! i lift back to Ford, told i was them what happen i was upset. then i asked for my truck key as i don't want to have it fixed now. very cool they did not say anything they gave me the key and told me to pick it from the parking its in line B !! very bad 1st experience.. very disorganization service center,, they careless about customers..

This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership
Wasted Day Compliments of St. Thomas Ford Lincoln - ISO new mechanic
Arranged on Tuesday for a Friday service appointment. Requested the spark plugs to be changed and a new seal and cover for the rear differential hub on my Ford Ranger, which has been serviced at this location several times previous so they had all the vehicle info required.
Received a voice mail 3 hours and 15 minutes after dropping my truck off that I could come and get it. BUT they did not have any Ford spark plugs in stock and the seal and cover had not been ordered so I could arrange another appointment with the service techs.
SO the truck is sitting in my driveway still leaking gear oil onto the interlock pavers and I am searching for a garage to repair my vehicle.
I have no issue with the service techs who booked my truck in, the service management/booking department and/or parts manager dropped the ball on this one.

I had my 2006 Lincoln Zephyr in at Belanger Ford due to a starting problem . The Mechanic working on the car worked long and hard to trace the problem to the instrument cluster in the dash board. When it could not be replaced or repaired locally, Darlene and John sourced a specialty shop in the States and shipped it south to be rebuilt. I'm happy to say that the car starts like a charm even in this cold weather we have been having and the fact the car is not plugged in at night. Great work work Belanger Ford Lincoln for getting my car back on the road. You have a great group of people working there to keep our cars on the road regardless of the car's age. Extremely disappointed with the pushy unprofessional staff I encountered earlier this evening (February 10, 2021). I went into this dealership at 5:37 pm after calling ahead to request a battery swap for my two key fobs. By 5:40 the batteries had been installed, with my help disassembling the egg shells as I too wanted to go home, and have no incentive to needlessly loiter anywhere. When it came time to re assemble the second key the employee was having difficulty and began acting nervous. I tried to fix the key as I had the simple intention of leaving the service department with my key in one piece. At this point, 5:45 I pay for the batteries and continue to work on the key, more staff appear agitated by my presence. The receptionist tries to sweetly explain that they did me a favour by “allowing the sale” 25 minutes before close. I am quite offended and leave as I’m not interested in being the next person of colour trying to put my word against six white people to the police, for obvious reasons. I go to leave and have to wait at the exit as I had been locked in. I asked the man with the key what would have happened if I stayed until 6? What was the or else posturing at the service desk about? He just shrugged his shoulders and remained silent. I felt discriminated against, I highly recommend that people of colour avoid spending money here. I hope the owner reads this and realizes there’s something wrong with the people working this shift. I may not look like much , but I definitely I am in the tax bracket that implies sales people want to have relationships with me. I walk into the store with a brown face and not my T4 so I left feeling criminalized
PS : It took me thirty seconds to fix the key in my driveway a, so writing this review was much more time consuming, but felt necessary. Very unprofessional “service” department.

Bought a 2017 Explorer, in May 2020 from Parkway Ford in Waterloo. Apparently the vehicle was sitting on the lot for 6 months, Covid was partially responsible for it. All I want to say, what a disappointing service. I asked for a 119 point inspection report that according to my agreement, should be given to me. I was told they can’t provide it, because no one has the report.
My battery died on the 3rd day of owning the vehicle, and again 2 weeks later when camping in a remote location. Frustrating. My windshield washer wasn’t spraying, so I took the vehicle in. Of course the battery tested ok. The pump was broken for the windshield washer. How did this vehicle pass safety if the pump is not working??? But again, the safety report is nowhere to be found. So they fixed the pump, I’m ready to drive away, I test the sprayer at the front and the back, and it doesn’t work on the back!!! What in the world??? I take the car back, wait for 3 more hours, as there were no bays available to take my vehicle in, and it turns out it was a fuse that went, but was clearly missed by the “professionals”. Are these the same mechanics that safetied my vehicle? I ask myself, how safe is my vehicle then??? I don’t know since I don’t have a 119 point inspection report card. So now, I don’t know what their awesome Pinnacle warranty covers because I can’t even receive a blank copy of it. No one is able to tell me verbally either. I’ve spoken with the sales person, his manager, the service people and their manager. Apparently they just do a safety inspection but I cannot have a list of items they check off. The Parkway Ford lacks in transparency department, definitely in customer support department and for sure in service department. This was my first and last purchase from this dealership. That’s how you lose customers.
