My initial sales experience with Arman was quite good, he was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The service dept here is another story unfortunately.
When I picked up my brand new Ram pickup in Dec 22, the tailgate was visibly misaligned and I brought this up. No problem I was told, it could be addressed during the first service visit. It wasn't, in fact I only found out when I came to pick the truck up from service that it had to go to the body shop and there was scheduling conflict etc.
No problem, I would have it addressed on the next visit. During the next visit the body shop was closed it was becoming a separate entity and wouldn't be open for a month. Ok, the paint is now wearing off the tailgate and the rear quarter panel where it rubs.
I call again yesterday to make an appointment through Raceway service where Emily tells me she can't help, I I have to call the bodyshop and deal with this warranty issue on my own with no help from her or the dealer I bought the truck from. No one answers the phone there and no one calls back. My new $85,000 truck with 19,000 km is starting to rust and no one can or wants to help. Brutal lack of customer service - I would not recommend servicing your vehicle here nor will I ever buy another vehicle from this dealership.
