Absolutely regret dealing with Superior Chrysler.
Sales member was great at time of sale. Had my vehicle ready the next day, 4 hours prior to when they said it would be ready.
After handing over a nearly 50k cheque, post sale customer service....Yeah right. Not 1 follow up call from sales person or dealership.
Called service 2x regarding a bad moisture issue in my 6 month old vehicles tail lights.
Both times was told they would order lights. Never to be done or heard from again.
If my vehicle at the time hadn't broke down and limping to the dealership, I would have dealt elsewhere.
Immediatly after purchase, i also had to remove the dealership license plate cover and decal from my brand new vehicle that I specifically asked my sales person not to have put on my vehicle, I don't get an advertising discount, nor would I ever want to show that I purchased my vehicle there.
Will be bringing my vehicle 2 hours away for warranty service etc.
