R. Charles... We purchased our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan at Serpa Chrysler as of mid-December 2019 with Sam the friendly customer service and courteous salesperson. The financial advice we were given by Mitch was beyond our expectations. Most importantly the service they provide you after the sale is what they pride themselves on, especially Adrian Service Manager taking care of the issues I ran into. For he managed all the logistics from start to finish and put a smile back on my son’s face. Thank you, Adrian, for it’s not just the sales, but it’s the service I’ve received from start to finish not as a customer, but as a good friend that keeps you happy and coming back... Overall friendliest and most helpful dealership excellent attention and professionalism from all the staff of this dealer, especially Adrian Service Manager always very attentive and courteous and ready to go that extra mile for the customer. "The first thing I hear from staff when calling is always..."

The first thing I hear from staff when calling is always “no.” Is. “No we can’t do you recall work.” Additionally staff wanted to charge me $30 to tighten my lug nuts after driving for about 1200 km. Total joke, most places off that as a courtesy service because road safety is so important.

I was fortunate enough to bring my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the service department at Serpa Chrysler.. I had a electrical issue as a rodent entered my engine compartment and chewed some electrical harnesses which caused a lot of electrical faults. Service department employee Mr Gunther Wenger took his time an explained the electrical issue to me.. He was very professional and he knew what he was talking about. He made us feel comfortable with the electrical issues. Serpa Chrysler was able to fi all the electrical faults and returned the car to me the next day.. Very professional staff at Serpa.

"DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT"

I recently brought in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler for an oil change/tire rotation. This was my third time servicing the vehicle. First time the service was ok. Second time, I asked for an oil change/ tire rotation. I had the tires marked so that I could see if the rotation was done. It wasn't. I let it go. Last week I brought Jeep in again. This time I color coated the tires with stickers. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, my invoice clearly showed I was charged for the tire rotation. When I looked at the tires, nothing was done. I questioned the services manager (Peter) and he could give no response. He says the mechanic said only right side was rotated. When I told him this wasn't the case, he went on to try and B.S me that the tire rotation wasn't necessary.... well if that was the case why in the world are you charging me!!!! He tendered me the refund however this was besides the point. I wanted a tire rotation, I paid for a tire rotation- rotate my bloody tires!! I didn't even make it off the lot and the service manager called to do damage control. Asked me to drive back and have a complimentary tire change done... UMMM sorry that will never happen! Thanks for calling, but that is after the damage was done. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK. THESE CROOKS CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN THEIR CARS TO BE SERVICED, PAID FOR THAT SERVICE, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE.. SHAME ON SERPA CHRYSLER!!!

"Overcharged for a new battery Jean"

Went to Serpa Chrysler for a recall on my 2013 Dodge Dart , When I was leaving the dealership my car would not start. The battery was dead so i left it to have a new battery installed, i was told I needed to leave the car which didn't seem necessary to me just to get a battery installed. However when I picked up the car my bill was $148.00 for the battery, $273.00 for battery storage for a grand total of $475.73 I feel ripped off but good. I will quit driving before I ever step foot on Serpa's property again. That's a promise!!!
