I recently brought in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler for an oil change/tire rotation. This was my third time servicing the vehicle. First time the service was ok. Second time, I asked for an oil change/ tire rotation. I had the tires marked so that I could see if the rotation was done. It wasn't. I let it go. Last week I brought Jeep in again. This time I color coated the tires with stickers. When I went back to pick up the vehicle, my invoice clearly showed I was charged for the tire rotation. When I looked at the tires, nothing was done. I questioned the services manager (Peter) and he could give no response. He says the mechanic said only right side was rotated. When I told him this wasn't the case, he went on to try and B.S me that the tire rotation wasn't necessary.... well if that was the case why in the world are you charging me!!!! He tendered me the refund however this was besides the point. I wanted a tire rotation, I paid for a tire rotation- rotate my bloody tires!! I didn't even make it off the lot and the service manager called to do damage control. Asked me to drive back and have a complimentary tire change done... UMMM sorry that will never happen! Thanks for calling, but that is after the damage was done. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK. THESE CROOKS CANNOT BE TRUSTED!! WHO KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE TAKEN THEIR CARS TO BE SERVICED, PAID FOR THAT SERVICE, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE.. SHAME ON SERPA CHRYSLER!!!
