Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

have bout NUMEROUS vehicles from this Dealership - never had an issue. Absolutly loved them.
We were up north when our parking break went - keep in mind, this was UNDER warranty km.
Had to drive home to the dealership to have it fixed, which put us over warranty by 300 km - to find out that Oakville Dodge service, REFUSE to fix the issue under our warranty, instead wanting to charge us over 1200$.
We have been arguing with them about this issue for over a month.
SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, they NEVER try to help nor fix issues when they happen, instead send you home to re-book and come back three times including trying to nickle and dime.
DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP.

Between causing damage for a simple warranty fix that had to be done twice to, not doing a complete job of those warranty fixes to booking appts that they can't keep and have to leave vehicle over night for a 10min recall. Their "techs" have no clue specially when it comes to quality of work and care of work they do. And don't even try to tell them they are wrong with their work or the "techs" work as you will get attitudes right away. Find another dealership to use for service.

I've bought 4 cars there since 2010 & have been very satisfied with every interaction I've had with the staff in all areas. One staff member in the parts dept went well beyond expectations and offered to let me use a new part (wrong colour) until my part arrived. He was concerned with the safety of using an unsupported sun visor. I shared my appreciation with the GM.

I took my SUV in because I was having an issue with my radio. They told me the diagnostic fee was $160 and would take an hour and a half, 4 hour later I called asking what was wrong. They made a bunch of excuses about why it took so long, than wanted $1800 to repair the radio. I said I'd think about it, when I arrived to get the vehicle they started telling me how they played around with my battery and other parts of the vehicle. I drove the vehicle home and within hours my transmission started slipping and sticking in 4th gear. I returned the next day 8am with the vehicle explaining I've never had issues with my transmission and serviced it about 8 months go and it was in perfect condition. They rudely tell me there are 40 people ahead of me and I'll have to pay another $160, I asked to speak with the service manager Robert Ellerton, who seems to always be "on lunch" and doesn't return calls. I leave the vehicle with them overnight, the next morning I call, they tell me 57 people are ahead of me. I called a tow who took the vehicle to another Dodge dealership A diagnostic was performed they found silicone residue inside my transmission and around a connector. They came to the conclusion someone tampered with my transmission and somehow this silicone got into the transmission. I've bought previous vehicles cash from Menzies in the past. I'll never buy there again. The scam artists in there service department never called me even after a formal complaint to Dodge Canada(FCA) who contacted Robert Ellerton, hes probably "still on lunch". NO support for leaky/waterlogged cover - Stever
I purchased a new Ram 1500 ecodiesel from Williamson Chrysler in 2015. We bought a great truck for $50,600.00 and received a fair price on our trade-in. My wife and I also purchased a new Bakflip solid tonneau cover through the dealership (at the same time we purchased the truck) for $722.00 - BIG MISTAKE! Since it was installed this cover has leaked. Our salesman Jeff Down (who no longer works at Williamson) told me that all covers leak and that I should just park it so the front of the truck is facing uphill. As if this wasn't bad enough, for the last two years the cover has become increasingly heavy as it is has become waterlogged. Yesterday I could barely lift the cover so I purchased a vinyl cover for $550.00. Miraculously the new cover didn't leak a drop last night - even in a heavy rain! I called Williamson Chrysler this morning and spoke with a parts representative who said that, because I purchased an after market cover, it would only have been covered under warranty for one year. I explained to him that the vinyl cover I bought has a TEN year warranty but I was told there was nothing Williamson could do about it. This response, and level of "customer care" is far less than I would expect from Williamson. I have owned my truck for under four years and this will be the last vehicle/accessory I would purchase from them.

Had my 2015 Jeep Cherokee in for brake service, rotors and Pads replaced, 3,000kms later new front rotors were needed, 10,000 more kms and all 4 rotors needed to be replaced all under the 2 year warranty, 15,000 kms later rotors are warped again... At this point I am told that the 2 year warranty is only for a1 time replacement and that they should not have covered the previous replacement.
Service Manager Josh Poori tells me that they don't normally have this issue and that they have to look at the driving habits of the owner??? really the Original brakes lasted 46,000 kms with no issue and the replacement OE brakes are warping between 3,000 and 15,000 kms and no warranty because they have already done them once and FCA will not cover it?? the service techs Paul and Raj were supposed to call me back and after repeated calls back and messages it took 5 weeks to get this answer?
Talk about getting the run around, Then Josh Poori tells me that I can go to another dealer and ask them... And this is a dealership that is part of the ENDRAS group and an FCA franchisee??
