I called Bruce and asked for the sales manager. Without hesitation I was given Tom Ruggles. who actually spoke with me and understood my request. I had a long story to tell and he listened. I am surprised because with my dealings in the past with various dealerships, a sales manager is hard to get to speak to. Usually we have to speak with a salesman. He assured me, and I was confident he would help me...he did. I live far from Bruce. To my complete satisfaction all was done and my next experience was with a finance officer, Scott Nickerson. A pleasant, positive and knowledgeable young man. He knew his product and all was done over the phone...really over the phone!! I drove down (6 hour drive), all was ready to sign and all was to my complete satisfaction. When all was said and done, I was introduced to Andy who was very professional and introduced me to my new Kona. I don't think I was ever greeted by a sales manager in all my car buying days. Thank you all and I will surely be back should I buy another vehicle. I will definitely recommend Bruce dealerships to all the people I know.

Service manager said pad separation is not under warranty and is not a defect.Well I am a mechanic and I say it is.I guess they don,t won’t to sell me or any of my family a car from any of Oregans dealerships which works out to about $100000 loss.Maybe $100 worth of defective pads should be under warranty.

Sold me a lemon - Rob gordon
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They sold me a used car, lied to my face telling me the tires were fine. (They were scalloped) the car stopped starting within 2 weeks. I was given the runaround multiple times, left on hold for close to an hour multiple times. I fought and fought with them to get new tires, eventually got "better" tires and the owner said "I'm going to keep the scalloped ones because some people don't mind them" I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and while they did get it running again, a month later I had the same issues. I tried contacting them about it and again was givin the runaround and left on hold for another hour. I've givin up now, they will not do anything about the lemon they've sold me so I will take it to target Mazda and pay for whatever issues there is. I'll never step foot in this place again and will be purchasing any future vehicles from target Mazda where they actually care. Also, the "free trip" promotion they offer is false advertising, 100 percent a scam. 600 dollars in fees to go to a shady hotel in vegas that is off the strip, a week stay down south without flights included and about 2000 in mandatory all-inclusive fees or a shady cruise with flights not included and and 600 in fees.
