Friendly Service During COVID - hawhynott
I have used this dealership since I got my first Santa Fe in 2004. I now have my third Santa Fe. All three have been serviced at this dealership. The staff has always been friendly and polite. One staff member, Daniel, went beyond the call of duty when I arrived on a Friday just after they closed and he was ready to get in his car to go home. One of the sensor lights had come on while I was shopping so I went directly to the dealership and Daniel said I shouldn't drive my car with that light on. He looked after me by getting me a car I could use for the weekend until the car could be looked at and repaired on Monday. This service was very much appreciated.

Gateway Hyundai Service - Brian Mc
Just had my vehicle serviced at Gateway and I wanted to say how prompt and professional the people are there. They know how to take care of their customers and their vehicles.
Poor Service, Staff Don't Care - Business Must Be Good - Pete
The service staff at Dartmouth Hyundai don't even pretend to be friendly or at all interested in you or your questions, either in person or on the phone.
Against my better judgement I called in today to ask a question regarding my AC, which appears to be malfunctioning though it's only 3 years old. My question was what normally is the issue they most frequently see with an AC going so soon. Tracy provided nothing but sarcastic and non-committal replies, such as "we service calls all day long, we see it all", or "I can't diagnose your car over the phone, we need to see it." No kidding. I was merely curious what the most common issues tend to be.
In a way I am glad Tracy was so dismissive and unhelpful. Now I won't book there again, and then hate myself for having put myself in that position again.

Sold me a lemon - Rob gordon
Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They sold me a used car, lied to my face telling me the tires were fine. (They were scalloped) the car stopped starting within 2 weeks. I was given the runaround multiple times, left on hold for close to an hour multiple times. I fought and fought with them to get new tires, eventually got "better" tires and the owner said "I'm going to keep the scalloped ones because some people don't mind them" I was told there was nothing wrong with the car and while they did get it running again, a month later I had the same issues. I tried contacting them about it and again was givin the runaround and left on hold for another hour. I've givin up now, they will not do anything about the lemon they've sold me so I will take it to target Mazda and pay for whatever issues there is. I'll never step foot in this place again and will be purchasing any future vehicles from target Mazda where they actually care. Also, the "free trip" promotion they offer is false advertising, 100 percent a scam. 600 dollars in fees to go to a shady hotel in vegas that is off the strip, a week stay down south without flights included and about 2000 in mandatory all-inclusive fees or a shady cruise with flights not included and and 600 in fees.
