My recent encounter with Kia West Coquitlam has been - Rahman Salimi
My recent encounter with Kia West Coquitlam has been nothing short of infuriating. Despite multiple visits and assurances of a resolution, the emergency brake (EBP) and parking brake lights in my Kia Niro have remained illuminated for over 10 months. The excuse of part backorders has become tiresome, as the issue persists without any signs of improvement.
The lack of effective communication and the inconvenience caused by this prolonged problem have left me deeply disappointed. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and a timely resolution, but my trust in Kia has been shattered. This experience has not only left me upset but also hesitant to consider Kia for any future purchases. Regrettably, I cannot, in good faith, recommend Kia to others based on my recent ordeal.
Additionally, during the course of these ten months, I have visited Kia West Coquitlam six times for the same issue. On one occasion, my car was even kept at the dealership for four days for diagnosis, only to yield no significant progress.
Furthermore, during my most recent visit to address this issue, I was informed that the part would be ordered and would take approximately two weeks to arrive. However, after more than three months have passed, I am once again being told today that it will take another two weeks.
