Rude service employees. Twice my cars were damaged. My 2018 Sorento got a huge scratch while still under service. They won't accept the responsibility and want to have the repair charge to my insurance. My grand daughter was picking up my 2018 Soul after the service is done but I noticed a fresh scratch in front but they claim it's not their fault. Worst is that they drove her away rudely because another customer is in line. This is the worst service experience we had in Kia Richmond. We will never come to you for service again.

I am especially thankful to Alan Lal the service coordinator to take the time to understand the issue thoroughly and then resolving it to the best of my satisfaction and providing me with a courtesy car while my car was being serviced. "terrible online booking"

Recently I have booked a time online for my car service and part repair. To ensure that the part will be delivered and ready to the shop by then, I also called the service department to confirm the time. Everything looks good until the late afternoon next day. I received an email, notifying my schedule will be removed since there was somebody else also booking the same time. How terrible it is!!!! It screwed up my planning on that day. My suggestion is NEVER booking online, better calling the service guy to make one.

"Great Management(General Manager), just a few bad employees"

Originally I had a great experience at Kia Richmond, the previous service advisors were exceptionally great, including (Katherine) and Tony Ma, Both took the time to address my concerns and were very patient Had great customer service experience, only until I had to deal with Gil Laureano, Gil often lied to me about the actual cost of warranty covered repairs, often exaggerating repairs by multiples, example: "ball joint repair, was quoted almost $300 to warranty" used this as an excuse to upsell me brake pads and brake rotors/ transmission flush/ and recommended me to buy new 4 set of wheels due to my low traction, which was false. Did not address my concern about inaccurate steering and torn ball joint, both of which were a huge safety concern for me and my family. Brought my car in for these safety concerns and everytime he would try to upsell me something or charge me for work that needed to be done, such as a wheel alignment, which was done 2 months prior. ALBEIT all this bad experience with this service advisor Gil Laureno, The General Manager Tom Richardson was exceptional in his decisions to turn this matter into a better one. He resolved this situation for my safety concerns effectively and easily, saving me time and a headache, I applaud the great work of the General Manager Tom Richardson,

"Bad inhouse service "

I bought my 2014 Kia soul for sevice 2 mth ago, after the service i found they made my 4 tires pressure more than 50 psi, normally tire pressure should be around 33 ~ 35 psi. I sent so many email to Kia Richmond dealership and Kia canada and Kia Korea. But nobody reply my email and complain. So diaappointed. Waste money for the inhouse service!

Phoned the Service Department late Saturday afternoon to ask for help with a shattered driver's window. Was informed by Harry that if we could get there before 6 pm he could help us out by putting the 2015 Kia Soul in their shop over the weekend to protect it and would arrange for a loaner. I should mention, it was raining heavily? We mentioned it would be impossible to make it in time so he offered his personal cellular number. and said to call him at home and he would meet us at the Service Centre on Sunday even though it was closed and it was his day off. We called Sunday noon, he met us and made arrangements for the car to be repaired on Monday and gave us a choice of loaner to use. When we mentioned there were a couple of little scratches here and there and we needed a little touch-up paint bottle he offered to do it for us. He was more than accommodating and most affable. What a great ambassador for this dealership and brand. I'd buy my next vehicle and definitely will get all my service work done at Richmond Kia. Thank you Harry.
