Every person I interacted with from the time of booking, being greeted at the dealership and while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced was exceptional. Great communication with updates, courtesy car wash voucher, quick to get an appointment, and when I needed to call for questions after I left, Chris and Brad were there to help me. I felt at ease and safe with my vehicle in their hands and there is no other dealership I trust, and no better place to take your vehicle or buy from than O'Connor. I really like the family friendly atmosphere everyone brings, and the fact that not many dealership these days have shuttles while you wait or has car detailing. Customer service satisfaction!! Took my 2014 Mazda CX5 in for check engine light. Needed a lot of work done fuel injectors etc. Aaron at the service Center was very helpful dealing with my extended warranty. He was able to get me a loaner car and kept me up to date with the process. Just got it back and it’s running like a dream! It was even washed and vacuumed!

My 2020 Mitsubishi stop running in Merritt, BC and was towed to Langley Mitsubishi for repair. I called the service department for update, they told me still working on it and waiting for the parts to be replace. I called again they told me the new parts is not the problem. I ask them to call me for update but they did not and did not return all my calls. Forth week received a call that my gas tank has diesel on it. The towing company put diesel on it. It takes them a month to diagnose diesel on your gas tank. Maybe their mechanic is not qualified to handle Hybrid vehicle. I ask for courtesy or rent a car to use but no help from them. The previous owner WOLFE Mitsubishi has an excellent service. They lost one customer.

The service dept at langley Suburu is an absolute rip off. I live close to them but drive all the way to Jim Pattison Subaru in Coquitlam so I can get honest service and not be ripped off. I bought my car at Langley Subaru and that went well , but the service dept is the worst.

He took the time to make sure my parts were in stock and then booked me at my earliest convenience. I appreciate you very much Mike! Once I arrived for my appointment I was treated to Hannah Hart. What an incredible Service Advisor. She greeted me with a smile and took me through the process. She was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. Hannah is the kind of person everyone wants to deal with when they arrive at a service department. Finally, I was treated to an amazing shuttle ride by Erin. She is a very safe and conscientious driver and very nice to talk to. Thank you so much for the incredible service! I love this dealership!

I recently bought a 2020 Hyundai Elantra from Victoria Hyundai and I couldn't get my voice recognition on my steering wheel to access my contacts on my android phone, I had a few people tried to get it to work with no luck. Called the service dept. and got in touch with Megan. She said to come on down and see if they can get it going for me. When i got there Megan got in touch with Carmen from the service dept. With in 10 minutes Carmen had my voice recognition in my car working. Made my day

Brought my 2014 Q7 for repairs. - Victor A

Brought my 2014 Q7 for repairs. First I was told that I needed a new power steering hose. After being in the shop for 4 days, they replaced it and charged me $1200. Then I was told it’s still leaking and I needed to replace my power steering cooler and it would cost a further $1500 plus tax. Was suspicious so brought my car to a local Audi specialist (not a dealership) to get a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem as a loose clamp. Strange how the clamp was loose!?!? Shop repaired it for $100! Went back to Downtown Audi for an explanation. They downplayed it and refused to admit they did anything wrong. You can formulate your own conclusions. STAY AWAY!
