I got my Kia back in June at this dealership as a result from a horrible experience at the Kia in surrey. I have serviced my car twice and each time I have come in the servicing department, especially Corey have been outstanding. Everytime I come in apart from being extremely friendly and welcoming they answer all my questions and more importantly as I work in the am they get my car done with loads of time to spare prior to me having to work. If you want a dealership who values customer service and strives to give all star service I would recommend you buy your Kia from this dealership. Nothing but positive things for Kia Vancouver. This dealership has made buying my first car a positive and memorable experience.

Bought extended warranty with the vehicle, said the service department will contact me for under coating etc as per warranty but 4 and half months no calls. I went to the same dealership to complain, they said they will call me back in half hour. Still no calls. I wrote all the people who work at the dealership and telling them I am going to the media, then they contacted me. I gave them options and now I will wait to see the outcome.

"2 months without my suv "

My suv went in for maintenance and it’s been 2 months now. There’s been an Extreme lack of communication from the service dept, they don’t have spare tires in their courtesy cars, they don’t have anything except for a tiny car as a courtesy car, and I have three kids and work supplies that I use everyday!. I’m super disappointed! I’m Going on a trip next week without my suv! Somehow we all hadve to fit in this tiny little crap car and I don’t know when I’ll see my suv again :-(
