I bought a Buick Verano from Tricity 5 years ago and it has been having problems so I called to see about the warranty and spoke to Kee and he immediately said he could get me into a new vehicle. As I don’t like driving, he sent me suggestions and I picked out the rvr and got the deal done over the phone and Shivdelivered the car right to my door. I am loving it. Two thumbs up for Kee , Shiv and Aman for doing the insurance all over the phone. I am a repeat customer and will recommend them to my friends.

To be honest, I have only looked at the new vehicles in their lot but I noticed a dealer charge attached to the MSRP invoice in window for additional 1650.00 to include smaller items such as floor mats, wheel locks, nitrogen in tires plus a few other small things. I am sure it is optional but feel the dealer is out to rip off any unsuspecting individuals with this charge. Shame on them to even think that this is an honest way to operate. No way in xxxx the items cost dealer more than 300.00.
Again, shameful on their part.

I ordered an accessory by phone for them to order in for me. When it came in they called me the same hour. I dropped by as I was passing and they installed it for me--just good service. Then I said that I had a question for finance, but was asking Parts and Service instead. Kailey said "I don't know, but I'll get an answer for you, sir, right away", and away she went and got my answer!
Now THAT'S good service.

I found myself in the dubious position of needing to buy a car on-line in June as I was moving back to Vancouver from overseas and had to have wheels ASAP on arrival. The crew at Newtype were very patient with me being extremely cautious about this sized purchase without actually being able to meet them in person. They made all the arrangements required prior to my landing in Vancouver and when I arrived at the dealership everything went very smoothly and I was able to drive off in my new Outlander completely satisfied with the purchase I had made. Great job gentlemen !

They sourced a car for me. Mislead me about included features then told me to spend more money to get features I was told it had, didn't disclose vehicle history to me and lied to the VSA about all of it. Super sketchy dealership. Avoid.

I took my old FRS in to try to reduce my payments. I was offered a few test drives and decided on a Lancer of equal value ty trade, which is fine. I liked this car more. They even reduced my payments by a whopping $6/month... Crazy right? The best part though? They added a year to my term, and lied about it, then hid it in the paperwork. So now I'm paying for an extra year THAT'S NOT SAVING ANY MONEY! So now I get to pay nearly 40,000 dollars for a car that's worth 22,000 at best.
The sales tactics are pushier than most places, they wouldn't let me leave and guilted me until I put a deposit down. I was in a vulnerable position and was taken advantage of, don't let it happen to you too. Remember guys, you're allowed to say NO.

Don't go here or to the Ford dealer next door, they're operated by the same staff and sold me the FRS previously mentioned for 8,000 more than our original agreement.
