I ordered an accessory by phone for them to order in for me. When it came in they called me the same hour. I dropped by as I was passing and they installed it for me--just good service. Then I said that I had a question for finance, but was asking Parts and Service instead. Kailey said "I don't know, but I'll get an answer for you, sir, right away", and away she went and got my answer!
Now THAT'S good service.

Your time! they seam like laid back guys... they are , so laid back they don’t seam to do or check anything. I asked how much the suv towed the salesmen had no idea and never even found out but More importantly we looked at one car for hours gave them what ever information they asked for and they didn’t check our credit or financing or give us options. we said we wanted it they said “congratulations we could pick it up Sunday or Monday”, we emailed to ask if we could pick up the next day and the salesmen Dave started making excuses. First saying the bank was being slow then 18 minutes later changing it to there is an issue with our credit and they have to ask a manager what to do on Monday adding “ we would have this issue at any dealership” ... why not check this and tell us on day one when we said we could buy it outright we just didn’t necessarily want to as financing would leave us with more Money in our savings. Our time and our whole weekend was wasted as a result of this.

They had a sticker price of 9999, and because I was in a rush they flew through the paperwork and charged me almost 2000 more than sticker! They are RIP offs!!!

We had plan to trade our jeep cherokee and stopped at this Mitsubishi, place was clean and specially Ms. Dorsa Ghorbanifar who helped us was greate in doing her job and being so patient.
We met the manager as well and he was very good in customer service and so polite to not push you to do shopping.
Buy a car over the internet??? - sprint900
I found myself in the dubious position of needing to buy a car on-line in June as I was moving back to Vancouver from overseas and had to have wheels ASAP on arrival. The crew at Newtype were very patient with me being extremely cautious about this sized purchase without actually being able to meet them in person. They made all the arrangements required prior to my landing in Vancouver and when I arrived at the dealership everything went very smoothly and I was able to drive off in my new Outlander completely satisfied with the purchase I had made. Great job gentlemen !
A $1300+ boondoggle - Bonaventure
When visiting Kelowna in mid-August/15 my wife brought her 2003 Outlander in for an emergency service because hot coolant was dripping on her gas pedal foot. The mechanic diagnosed a faulty heater core & also, her radio volume was not working - the volume was very low?? She had to stay an extra overnight because the core problem was rare and a part had to be shipped from Vancouver. The core dripping service was done the next day for $700. On her return trip to Vancouver Island the next day (without her radio companion), hot coolant again dripped on her gas pedal foot. When she cell-phoned me at a stop light in Cloverdale, she got a $200 RCMP fine. When, the next day after her arrival that I took the Outlander to a rad friend, the drip problem was just a leaking clamp on the engine compartment side. Two $3 hose clamps and a case of beer fixed all, that is, except the radio. So, I then went to my Courtenay Radio Dealer, had the radio replaced and sent off the defective one for service. The cost of all this so far was now up to $1300. On the way home to an angry wife, I noticed that the cruise control was not working. My wife said it never worked after the core dripping service. I phoned the Valley Mitsubishi service manager, Paul Silcock, and relayed my story(ies). He was initially sympathetic, said not to fix the cruise control and he would do that and a free service when I came to Kelowna again at the end of September. Days before our Kelowna visit, Sony Canada returned the low-volume radio with a note that someone pushed the volume lock when listening, probably when repairing the good heater core. At noon Friday on our Sep 25th weekend visit to Kelowna, we arrived at the Valley service center. The sympathy had somehow tuned to reluctance. We waited until closing that day when the partially serviced Outlander was returned without any time to look at the cruise control and any time for their courtesy wash. "Come back next week", the tech says. What an experience. We'll never go back there ever!.

I took my old FRS in to try to reduce my payments. I was offered a few test drives and decided on a Lancer of equal value ty trade, which is fine. I liked this car more. They even reduced my payments by a whopping $6/month... Crazy right? The best part though? They added a year to my term, and lied about it, then hid it in the paperwork. So now I'm paying for an extra year THAT'S NOT SAVING ANY MONEY! So now I get to pay nearly 40,000 dollars for a car that's worth 22,000 at best.
The sales tactics are pushier than most places, they wouldn't let me leave and guilted me until I put a deposit down. I was in a vulnerable position and was taken advantage of, don't let it happen to you too. Remember guys, you're allowed to say NO.

Don't go here or to the Ford dealer next door, they're operated by the same staff and sold me the FRS previously mentioned for 8,000 more than our original agreement.
