No issues here on the service side. They are pretty friendly, accommodating and helpful to me.
Have had a Scion, Rav and Tacoma and no issues. They do send me reminders, the shuttle is pretty good and they have Starbucks in the waiting area. I'd recommend them.

This week I took our 2020 RAV4 in for detailing and it came back looking like new. Wanted Mayfield Toyota to diagnose check Engine light on my car, Service team and service manager were giving could be, would be, might be reasons instead of diagnosing the root cause. When asked how many could be and would be issues I should spend money for, Service manager was rude and wanted me to pay for several hours of labor to rip the engine apart and diagnose.
When car was with Mayfield for more than 2 weeks, asked to email detailed diagnostic report, no email received after several phone calls and follow-ups.
When I denied to pay as the root cause was never identified, service manager threatened to keep my car and asked me to reach out to Toyota Canada to mediate.
In Short, go to mayfield Toyota if you want to waste your money, effort and time.

I don’t think they understand how to book appointments. Was booked for a 45-1 hour tire swap and I was told they were running a little behind, like 4 hours behind!! I work a spilt shift and couldn’t wait that long, told them it was just a tire swap and how could it be that long he said that’s just how long it would be. Said no I can’t do that and left. No one seemed bothered I left like it happens all the time. I left a message for the service manager about the situation and no response or concern. Happily went to Charles Glen the next week and had no issues at all. Don’t waste your time with Country hills they don’t care.

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE!! have had about 30 business dealings with Cochrane Toyota, including the purchase of a new vehicle, of witch at least 5 have ended in very disappointing results. One example was with service. I had the dealership install a new drivers side window after my truck was broken into. The new window works fine, but when I closed the door you could hear the sound of broken glass inside the door moving about. I mentioned this to the service manager, and his reply was "your expectations are too high" DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE. Stay tuned for more similar stories.

Service manager leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer relations. I think service rep was Jim or James. Brought vehicle in for oil change at11:15 am and it was not done until 3:30 pm. I live out of town so feel I was treated badly.

be aware of this cheaters.....i called for an issue for pulling my car down slightly on right while driving... i just asked them to check the wheel alignment...went there and dropped my car to just check alignment... they have rotated all the tire ( as they said ) but the ties i put it on my car cover to stick it rim...it was still there after service when i checked my car tires ( dont know how they removed the tire without taking out the ties )...so no idea they have rotated or not but they charged me $235....i paid..when i was driving back to my home after that .....issue was still there...so, i went back them talked to the service manager FAHD...he checked my car..then he realized issue is still there...so he forced me to go to ok tire and check it ( because they could not solved the issue and charged me $235 )....and he said he will take care of it ...so i went to ok tire and dropped my car there at 8 am....asked them to call FAHD ( noral toyota )...they called he said ok to check....they checked it ..i was waiting for the call to pick my car...then finally i called them at 3 pm to check status...it was not an alignment issue...but they have rotated tires again...they were charging me $77 because they could not catch the FAHD (SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA) ..who gave PO to them...i was totally upset...because noral toyota charged me $235 just to rotate the tires...and just after 2 days this guys charging me $77 for rotating tire again...so i called FAHD to for this issue...when i asked him why should i pay $77 again to rotate tires again...he got mad...and he said i RIPED U OFF now i am out of it ...do what ever you want ....i was surpised by hearing this from FAHD ( SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA )...the gentleman at OK tire he realised its not good to charge the customer if the NORAL TOYOTA is responsible...so he waved my charge...really appriciate to OK tire staff....But issue is still there...NORAL TOYOTA SPOILING THERE IMAGE BY DOING THIS...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY BUT THE TRUST.....so i will not go there for any service for sure,,..i better drive to edmonton......

I have owned a Toyota Tundra for 11 years (first a 2008, then a 2012). I have always had my service completed at a Toyota dealership and in various cities and towns depending where I am when in need of an oil change or scheduled service. So today was no different, I was in Grande Prairie and I needed an oil change. I headed over to the Toyota dealership and drove on in. I have never paid more than $70 for an oil change. Well imagine my surprise when I went to pay the bill and was told it was $110. When I asked about it this and explained my past cost, I was told that it must be cheaper at a major center and that their costs are higher. BS. This dealership is a rip off in the service department for sure. Buyer/user beware. I was speaking with a salesperson while my truck was in the service as I am looking to buy a new truck, but this experience of being gouged may have turned me off another Toyota all together.

Is Toyota taking advantage of people who use finance options on parts and services? Are they charging different and higher prices for the same parts and services to people who have no other option but to finance?
We purchased tires through an add on market place for Toyota City. They offered a finance option. Since I'm am out of work due to covid this seemed like a good Idea.
However I wanted to ensure I was not getting taken advantage of. I asked if the price of the tires minus interest would be the same through the add as if I went directly to Toyota city. I was told yes it would be. I called Toyota city to get a quote to ensure I wasn't being over charged. The quate was $287 less through Toyota city directly. When I inquired about the difference I was told it was a mistake and the higher price was correct. I told them that was a big difference. They responded that they checked with their manager and parts guy and that the higher price was correct. So taking there word for it we went ahead with purchase via the financing option. Now I find out that it wasn't a mistake and they over charged us by $287. I also found out that when they said they confirmed the price they didn't actually confirm anything. .Since I brought this to the attention of the manager he said the price difference was because one tire was an LT and the other was a P ratting, that is not correct because they don't make an LT in this size. He agreed to do a independent quate. Once he did the quate it showed that we were being charged more then we should have.
After being caught in multiple lies Toyota City has offered us a credit. Apartmently they can't adjust the financing price and refuse to reimburse us the difference.
I was told that all this information has been brought to the attention of general manager and he says that since we agreed upon this price they won't do anything more then an in store credit. Yes we agreed on the price however we were told multiple lies to get us to agree to that price. I have all those lies documented with proof.
They can keep their credit. I would rather spend my time posting and sharing this information to potential customers than arguing with them about doing the right thing.
FYI the tires are Duratrac they are an awesome tire. Good job to the technician as these are very hard tires to ballance and he did an amazing job using minimal weights. They ride perfectly at all speeds.
