June 30 I was on my way home to BC and my 2011 RAV started to have Mechanical issues and I was stranded in Canmore. I was able to have my car towed to Charles Glen Toyota in Calgary. Service Advisor Jason was able to secure Mechanic Rob Masur to work on my vehicle . Rob was amazing, he took his time, to diagnose my car and the problems it was having. He was extremely thorough, diligent and creative. Rob was able to get it running smoothly, so that I was able resume my journey and get home safely. I so appreciated this young Mechanic's dedication to his craft, his skill, the extra effort he put in to getting my vehicle on the road, so I could return home safely.
I had two dogs with me and Charles Glen staff made me and my dogs feel very welcome. I highly recommend this facility. The staff are friendly, helpful and very considerate.
Been with Southpointe for about 10 years now - Chumly
No issues here on the service side. They are pretty friendly, accommodating and helpful to me.
Have had a Scion, Rav and Tacoma and no issues. They do send me reminders, the shuttle is pretty good and they have Starbucks in the waiting area. I'd recommend them.

I purchased my RAV4 from High River Toyota based off... - Rob J
I purchased my RAV4 from High River Toyota based off recommendations from friends. I was drawn in by the dealership's offer of vehicle pick up and drop off for servicing that would negate any negatives of dealing with a dealership well away from my home in Calgary. Trying to get my vehicle in for it's regular servicing as well as getting a recalled component dealt with has been a continued series of failures on the part of High River Toyota. Repeated phone calls to speak with the Service department consistently resulted in no one being available. When I had been put through to voicemail, it has also not been answered. After a couple weeks of this I submitted the same request through their website, citing the issues to this point. I was encouraged when I immediately received an email reply where vehicle pick-up was arranged for June 16th between 6 and 7pm. By 9pm I realized that once again, what seems to be the normal for High River Toyota, there were no communications and another broken commitment, was happening once again.
I emailed the same advisor and he offered to pay for my servicing, clearly not even bothering to spend the couple minutes to assess the situation he had, and see that my service appointments are already paid for.
I emailed the same advisor back and arrangements were once again made to have the courtesy car dropped off and mine picked up the following Monday. By this point my vehicle was well over 1000 additional km past its required service deadline.
On the Monday someone actually did come and pick up my vehicle, however contrary to the arrangements, they locked up the courtesy car and took the key with them. When I was done work for the day and there was still no sign of my vehicle, and the locked courtesy car remained secure in my work parking lot, I again emailed the same "Platinum" Service Advisor who told me that the driver with my vehicle was "leaving here ASAP". I did a phone map check and it showed the drive to be approximately 45 minutes. An hour later I received a phone call from the drop-off driver advising that he was only then leaving High River Toyota and would be with me in another 40 minutes.
I emailed the same advisor back and, once again keeping with their standard of communications, did not get a reply. I was forced to remain at work for 2 hours past the end of my work day to get my vehicle back. In the days since I have continued to not hear from anyone at High River Toyota except a random call from their sales department asking if I would be interested in trading in my current vehicle and again give them business to get a new one. No thank you.
So, if you don't mind being ignored, having important recalls not dealt with in a timely manner, and if you enjoy getting the run-around repeatedly with zero concerns on the part of your car dealership...maybe then High River Toyota would be the place for you.

Hanan borhot was so helpful and informative ! She helped me by recommending a service and I’m happy I agreed to it , she knew what the vehicle needed , Found a few major issues that would of been very dangerous to keep driving in that condition , much appreciated her time and care for my situation.

World Class Service. I have been dealing with Toyota... - brody
World Class Service.
I have been dealing with Toyota Canada on a misalignment with my new truck, the dealer I bought the truck from (without mentioning any names) was terrible post service care, I got a great price, but that's where the care stopped.
So I came to my local Toyota dealer, and they have been nothing but exceptional. Sabrina, the service manager has been an incredible advocate and is working hard to make things right, she took the time to listen, understands my concerns, and absolutely validates them, and is fighting to make them right. I feel like I am in incredibly good hands, and will be using Sherwood Park Toyota for all my service needs. Very grateful to have an honest, down to earth, empathetic and driven team helping me and serving me. They understand that "service department" actually means serving their customers.
Thanks again Sabrina and the team!

BE WARNED!!! GO EVERYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Never coming... - Paolo
BE WARNED!!! GO EVERYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. Never coming back here for a service. Got my air conditioning fixed, paid quite a sum but it didn’t get cold enough on pick up day. Was asked to drive it around to see if it gets better which didn’t make sense for me but okay. Came back 25 days later for a reservice cause the air conditioning can’t even cool down my daughter in the back seat. When I brought the car in they said I asked what test they were gonna do, which was to test the air with a thermometer. I asked what was the range they said they couldn’t give out that information at the service desk. Tech comes out after an hour, tells me it’s clocking at 17 degrees C and the range for “factory” is 14-17. I wanted to see this for myself cause it doesn’t feel like 17 but even so, 17 is 5 temp settings before low. I have a friend who worked at a Toyota before and he said they can make it colder. So I guess they just didn’t wanna do it. Never coming back here. Go to a different Toyota service center. Or don’t pay until your satisfied with the work cause once they have your money, they won’t do anything. Warranty means nothing.
Well i am not sure if the reviews on this website I see... - sorensongrant2014
Well i am not sure if the reviews on this website I see are fake reviews or employees working for this dealership but to sum up this dealership honestly what a bunch of crooks!. We bought our new Toyota from this dealership 2.5 years ago and sure the salesman selling the vehicles insideare very good (low pressure and professional etc) the experience with this dealership goes way down from there once you decide to purchase your new Toyota. Once you purchase you are escorted and directed to the finance department to finalize the sale etc. But once you at Mayfield Toyota finance department look out and beware! What a bunch of snake sellsman I am not sure how many times the multiple scam artists tried to sale and pressure us on the so called extended warrarty plan for $5000 for a couple of extra years if that lol. I literly had to yell at them after the six times to sell me hard on it before I could shut them up about it all and finish signed the sales documents really. The after sales and service at the maintenance department at Mayfield toyota does not get much better there. Sure the first few visits are pleasant enough as they throw in a few free so called inspections assuming they are doing them (more on this later). So with the new vehicle we purchased and in order to get free oil changes for life there they force us to pay for inspections every 6 months for life really(from 65 to 180). So this last inspection I decided to check myself some of the levels on the fluids for example such as the brake fluid which was getting a little low due to some brake wear. I also checked the inside matts and some other stuff before we were forced to take it in there to pay for a $125 dollar forced inspection to get our oil change. So what did I found? After they were done and I check the vehicle at home. So Maintenance gives you a sheet on what they did and found when you pay. So I cross checked againes that inspection sheet and they did very little of it on what they said they did and charged us $125! The floor mats were in the exact place and not locked in and the fluid levels like the brake fluid I checked was still low etc...Also the windows were dirty when I brough it in they did not even clean them still dirty. This incpection scheme they force you to do every six months on a new vehicle to get free oil changes is a SCAM! BEWARE! They are not even doing the work they claim they are and charging you just to make free money.
Incredible service - Matt Sellers
The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE!!... - kirmseh
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICAL TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE!! have had about 30 business dealings with Cochrane Toyota, including the purchase of a new vehicle, of witch at least 5 have ended in very disappointing results. One example was with service. I had the dealership install a new drivers side window after my truck was broken into. The new window works fine, but when I closed the door you could hear the sound of broken glass inside the door moving about. I mentioned this to the service manager, and his reply was "your expectations are too high" DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO COCRANE TOYOTA FOR SERVICE. Stay tuned for more similar stories.

Service manager leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer relations. I think service rep was Jim or James. Brought vehicle in for oil change at11:15 am and it was not done until 3:30 pm. I live out of town so feel I was treated badly.
Complaint - kpatel
be aware of this cheaters.....i called for an issue for pulling my car down slightly on right while driving... i just asked them to check the wheel alignment...went there and dropped my car to just check alignment... they have rotated all the tire ( as they said ) but the ties i put it on my car cover to stick it rim...it was still there after service when i checked my car tires ( dont know how they removed the tire without taking out the ties )...so no idea they have rotated or not but they charged me $235....i paid..when i was driving back to my home after that .....issue was still there...so, i went back them talked to the service manager FAHD...he checked my car..then he realized issue is still there...so he forced me to go to ok tire and check it ( because they could not solved the issue and charged me $235 )....and he said he will take care of it ...so i went to ok tire and dropped my car there at 8 am....asked them to call FAHD ( noral toyota )...they called he said ok to check....they checked it ..i was waiting for the call to pick my car...then finally i called them at 3 pm to check status...it was not an alignment issue...but they have rotated tires again...they were charging me $77 because they could not catch the FAHD (SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA) ..who gave PO to them...i was totally upset...because noral toyota charged me $235 just to rotate the tires...and just after 2 days this guys charging me $77 for rotating tire again...so i called FAHD to for this issue...when i asked him why should i pay $77 again to rotate tires again...he got mad...and he said i RIPED U OFF now i am out of it ...do what ever you want ....i was surpised by hearing this from FAHD ( SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA )...the gentleman at OK tire he realised its not good to charge the customer if the NORAL TOYOTA is responsible...so he waved my charge...really appriciate to OK tire staff....But issue is still there...NORAL TOYOTA SPOILING THERE IMAGE BY DOING THIS...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY BUT THE TRUST.....so i will not go there for any service for sure,,..i better drive to edmonton......
Sèrvice centre steals your money - Tainted Service
I have owned a Toyota Tundra for 11 years (first a 2008, then a 2012). I have always had my service completed at a Toyota dealership and in various cities and towns depending where I am when in need of an oil change or scheduled service. So today was no different, I was in Grande Prairie and I needed an oil change. I headed over to the Toyota dealership and drove on in. I have never paid more than $70 for an oil change. Well imagine my surprise when I went to pay the bill and was told it was $110. When I asked about it this and explained my past cost, I was told that it must be cheaper at a major center and that their costs are higher. BS. This dealership is a rip off in the service department for sure. Buyer/user beware. I was speaking with a salesperson while my truck was in the service as I am looking to buy a new truck, but this experience of being gouged may have turned me off another Toyota all together.
