Been with Southpointe for about 10 years now - Chumly
No issues here on the service side. They are pretty friendly, accommodating and helpful to me.
Have had a Scion, Rav and Tacoma and no issues. They do send me reminders, the shuttle is pretty good and they have Starbucks in the waiting area. I'd recommend them.

You go to this dealership 30KM away from your house for... - Mittul Patel
You go to this dealership 30KM away from your house for factory recommended service even though you have 4-5 Toyota dealership near by. When it is supposed to take 1 Hr quick in and out and it takes a whole day. Additionally it needed a quick test drive from a mechanic apart from routine check up to make sure steering wheel is functioning properly. Which is probably a common thing after all services to make sure vehicle is functioning optimally. There was no repair required anyhow but still it took 5.5 hours. If you don't have mechanic available then why do you book too many vehicles for service, why do you advertise about thousand service bays and what not. Other than that they have shuttle service for drop off and pick up which does not make sense (Operationally it is hard for business when you have to send driver to customers home 30Minx4 times= 2hrs Driver time+ Gas+ Vehicle) Why don't you just get the Uber to customers who live far which may be cheaper with a business account. I already had to wait for 40 Minutes which could have been turned in to indefinite time if i was not vigilant and did not check the mistake the shuttle driver made. The shuttle driver put his name and crossed off which showed that i am picked up so, other shuttle drivers started to take other customers who came later than me. Thank god i went and checked the sign in and sign out sheet otherwise i would be sitting there for 5 hours. The manager was then called on and he then fixed it.

Took my 2005 tacoma into the service department in... - Mike
Took my 2005 tacoma into the service department in November and they told me my cab mounts need to be replaced. Decided to get a second opinion and went to a collision shop in Red Deer and advised me that your truck is unsafe to drive because of the rotted out frame. The long story short is that they should of replaced my frame when they inspected it a year and a half ago. They put me and my family at risk because of driving on this damaged frame for 1 1/2 years that they said was alright to drive on. What they did is sprayed some under coating when they did inspect it a year and a half ago. I have dealt with Red Deer Toyota for many years but have lost confidence in their ability to service any of my vehicles. I hope that toyota will step up to the plate and do the right thing. Either way a frame should not deteriorate to the point that it is undriveable after 15 years. My point is that they did a inspection and did some undercoating and now I am back to square one because of the same issue, which is a compromsied frame. There are probably many people in my situation but this needs to be dealt with correctly. This is a picture of what a frame looks like at 15 years on a tacoma. Please talk with other people and show them this picture because I do not want to see a family injured by a compromised frame.
World Class Service. I have been dealing with Toyota... - brody
World Class Service.
I have been dealing with Toyota Canada on a misalignment with my new truck, the dealer I bought the truck from (without mentioning any names) was terrible post service care, I got a great price, but that's where the care stopped.
So I came to my local Toyota dealer, and they have been nothing but exceptional. Sabrina, the service manager has been an incredible advocate and is working hard to make things right, she took the time to listen, understands my concerns, and absolutely validates them, and is fighting to make them right. I feel like I am in incredibly good hands, and will be using Sherwood Park Toyota for all my service needs. Very grateful to have an honest, down to earth, empathetic and driven team helping me and serving me. They understand that "service department" actually means serving their customers.
Thanks again Sabrina and the team!

Toyota on the Trail is biggest liers including finance... - peterbingsu
Toyota on the Trail is biggest liers including finance department and sales department.I bought toyota care extension and inside dirty painting protection for $900 last year. The finance advisor whose name is Samantha told me that including winter tire swap and inside dirty cleaning for free. When I came for season tires swap, they said it is not free. I was trying to talk to finance advisor and they said that she is gone and the sales said he can not do anything even though he asked the finance advisor before and the finance advisor told him for free. The sales said they are different department, so he can not talk to the finance manager. Do not come to buy any car, because the finance advisor will lie to you for their commission and do not trust the sales, because even though they tell you it is true, but is is not. If you ask the sales to prove it, they will say that I do not know, the finance advisor lie to me.
First time to see the cheating dealership in Edmonton.
Talked to the finance manager. He said the the finance advisor is gone, so nothing can do.
Again No Trusting the Sales, No Trusting the finance advisor and No Trusting this dealership.
I will complain this dealership with Toyota Canada for sure.

I needed a simple 'reset' on sensors and my local dealership (where I bought my car) wouldn't look at it for 12+ days (their first available appointment). I called Country Hills Toyota and the customer service was exemplary. I drove one hour to have the reset done (5 min) and I was on my way. They have a very busy dealership for a reason - organized and accommodating.

Incredible service - Matt Sellers
The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

Service manager leaves a lot to be desired. Poor customer relations. I think service rep was Jim or James. Brought vehicle in for oil change at11:15 am and it was not done until 3:30 pm. I live out of town so feel I was treated badly.
Complaint - kpatel
be aware of this cheaters.....i called for an issue for pulling my car down slightly on right while driving... i just asked them to check the wheel alignment...went there and dropped my car to just check alignment... they have rotated all the tire ( as they said ) but the ties i put it on my car cover to stick it rim...it was still there after service when i checked my car tires ( dont know how they removed the tire without taking out the ties )...so no idea they have rotated or not but they charged me $235....i paid..when i was driving back to my home after that .....issue was still there...so, i went back them talked to the service manager FAHD...he checked my car..then he realized issue is still there...so he forced me to go to ok tire and check it ( because they could not solved the issue and charged me $235 )....and he said he will take care of it ...so i went to ok tire and dropped my car there at 8 am....asked them to call FAHD ( noral toyota )...they called he said ok to check....they checked it ..i was waiting for the call to pick my car...then finally i called them at 3 pm to check status...it was not an alignment issue...but they have rotated tires again...they were charging me $77 because they could not catch the FAHD (SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA) ..who gave PO to them...i was totally upset...because noral toyota charged me $235 just to rotate the tires...and just after 2 days this guys charging me $77 for rotating tire again...so i called FAHD to for this issue...when i asked him why should i pay $77 again to rotate tires again...he got mad...and he said i RIPED U OFF now i am out of it ...do what ever you want ....i was surpised by hearing this from FAHD ( SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA )...the gentleman at OK tire he realised its not good to charge the customer if the NORAL TOYOTA is responsible...so he waved my charge...really appriciate to OK tire staff....But issue is still there...NORAL TOYOTA SPOILING THERE IMAGE BY DOING THIS...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY BUT THE TRUST.....so i will not go there for any service for sure,,..i better drive to edmonton......
Sèrvice centre steals your money - Tainted Service
I have owned a Toyota Tundra for 11 years (first a 2008, then a 2012). I have always had my service completed at a Toyota dealership and in various cities and towns depending where I am when in need of an oil change or scheduled service. So today was no different, I was in Grande Prairie and I needed an oil change. I headed over to the Toyota dealership and drove on in. I have never paid more than $70 for an oil change. Well imagine my surprise when I went to pay the bill and was told it was $110. When I asked about it this and explained my past cost, I was told that it must be cheaper at a major center and that their costs are higher. BS. This dealership is a rip off in the service department for sure. Buyer/user beware. I was speaking with a salesperson while my truck was in the service as I am looking to buy a new truck, but this experience of being gouged may have turned me off another Toyota all together.
