I was hesitant to go to a Toyota dealer for repairs but what a great surprise. Mark McQeen the service manager took such good care of me and my problem it makes me want to be a Toyota owner. Unbelievable service from someone I had never met but truly had consideration for the person and not just the vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience getting the repairs done with absolutely no hassles. Again thank you so much.

Have had a Scion, Rav and Tacoma and no issues. They do send me reminders, the shuttle is pretty good and they have Starbucks in the waiting area. I'd recommend them.

Recently I bought a vehicle from Northwest Toyota in Edmonton and had a great experience.
I live in Calgary, but they offered such a great deal that it was worth the drive. They made the whole experience very easy and I never felt pushed to make a quick decision. They even offered to deliver the vehicle to Calgary free of charge!
I dealt with Lukasz and he was fantastic. Very honest, responsive, was willing to answer all my questions and made sure the experience was very comfortable for me and my family. Brendan helped us on the day of pick up and he was great too. They both contacted me after I drove home to make sure everything went well.
I highly recommend them. Great deal and great experience. Well worth the drive.

Took my 2005 tacoma into the service department in November and they told me my cab mounts need to be replaced. Decided to get a second opinion and went to a collision shop in Red Deer and advised me that your truck is unsafe to drive because of the rotted out frame. The long story short is that they should of replaced my frame when they inspected it a year and a half ago. They put me and my family at risk because of driving on this damaged frame for 1 1/2 years that they said was alright to drive on. What they did is sprayed some under coating when they did inspect it a year and a half ago. I have dealt with Red Deer Toyota for many years but have lost confidence in their ability to service any of my vehicles. I hope that toyota will step up to the plate and do the right thing. Either way a frame should not deteriorate to the point that it is undriveable after 15 years.My point is that they did a inspection and did some undercoating and now I am back to square one because of the same issue, which is a compromsied frame. There are probably many people in my situation but this needs to be dealt with correctly. This is a picture of what a frame looks like at 15 years on a tacoma. Please talk with other people and show them this picture because I do not want to see a family injured by a compromised frame.

I have owned a Toyota Tundra for 11 years (first a 2008, then a 2012). I have always had my service completed at a Toyota dealership and in various cities and towns depending where I am when in need of an oil change or scheduled service. So today was no different, I was in Grande Prairie and I needed an oil change. I headed over to the Toyota dealership and drove on in. I have never paid more than $70 for an oil change. Well imagine my surprise when I went to pay the bill and was told it was $110. When I asked about it this and explained my past cost, I was told that it must be cheaper at a major center and that their costs are higher. BS. This dealership is a rip off in the service department for sure. Buyer/user beware. I was speaking with a salesperson while my truck was in the service as I am looking to buy a new truck, but this experience of being gouged may have turned me off another Toyota all together.

I bought this new 2019 car in November 2018. I’m greatly impressed for over all integrity of interior/exteriors and driving performance of this car. It shows beyond expectation. Recently, I observed the car started to shows an unusual performance. The car wasn’t smooth to drive anymore. It was having hard time to react instantly and or shows violent lurch coming out of corners. Hesitation when Accelerating. I feel it’s not safe to drive it anymore. So, I addressed the issue to Service Stampede Toyota. The Technician and Floreman went on for road test. Stated on service copy “ feel it once or twice very small amount. Will need to monitor for now”. After a month went back to them. They advised me to call Toyota Canada. Which I did. Toyota Canada told me there’s no Diagnostic Report on file. So I call Service Manager of Stampede Toyota ( Danec Aberle). I request to do diagnostic report to be send to toyota canada. He told me that the car has no problem and if I don’t like it. I should sell it. I’m concerned with safety of my family that’s why I ask them to find solution to potential problem. Until now no resolution.
#I want solution! Zero Tolerance to compromised on safety.

Just bought 2019 RAV4 and it already makes very high pitched hissing sound when I try to start my car in the morning. I called them for assistance but still not resolved. The free oil change is NOT FREE. You will have to pay out hundreds of dollars for regular maintenance. I have not used it and will not use it. Do not think it's a good deal.

Brought our van into Mayfield from Whitecourt (1.5 drive) to get work done on the Blindspot monitor. Get a call that it was completed the next day. Called them twice to make sure it was fixed they said yes.Skeptical. Go in and low and behold it wasn't fixed. Talk to the service manager Chris and he says it was working when he called. Lies. All lies. They didn't even touch the rear bumper where the problem was. And the warning light was still on. How much proof do you need. Also the wheel well liner was damaged, more on that later. So we get sent home. Another 1.5 hr drive. Couple days later we get a call saying it was done. My wife goes in (1.5 hr drive) and the manager opens the conversation by say "Oh I heard about you." Anyways the monitor is fixed. But the wheel well liner is still broken. They try and claim I hit the curb on the original service call. She asked to see the video and I clearly hit nothing. So they give her the run around. Makes me wonder if the conversation would have went differently if I was there. Oh and the rear windows were left open. DURING A BLIZZARD. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere for your Toyota service needs. I love the vehicles. Hate Mayfield. I could have called but that would just be me yelling at some bs'r and getting more angry. I'll be copy and pasting this review everywhere I can don't worry. Have a good day.

The service is incredible.
I had my front driver-side redone after I was side-swiped (which was all great) and then there was a bad shake when I drove above 100k. I took it back in and they got it into the shop immediately. It turned out it was just dirt buildup but they cleaned it up, re-balanced the tires, adjusted the alignment, and corrected tire pressure. Oh, and my window had come off the guides (not related to the accident) and they put it back on. All of it for free. These guys stand by their work and really seemed to care.

be aware of this cheaters.....i called for an issue for pulling my car down slightly on right while driving... i just asked them to check the wheel alignment...went there and dropped my car to just check alignment... they have rotated all the tire ( as they said ) but the ties i put it on my car cover to stick it rim...it was still there after service when i checked my car tires ( dont know how they removed the tire without taking out the ties )...so no idea they have rotated or not but they charged me $235....i paid..when i was driving back to my home after that .....issue was still there...so, i went back them talked to the service manager FAHD...he checked my car..then he realized issue is still there...so he forced me to go to ok tire and check it ( because they could not solved the issue and charged me $235 )....and he said he will take care of it ...so i went to ok tire and dropped my car there at 8 am....asked them to call FAHD ( noral toyota )...they called he said ok to check....they checked it ..i was waiting for the call to pick my car...then finally i called them at 3 pm to check status...it was not an alignment issue...but they have rotated tires again...they were charging me $77 because they could not catch the FAHD (SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA) ..who gave PO to them...i was totally upset...because noral toyota charged me $235 just to rotate the tires...and just after 2 days this guys charging me $77 for rotating tire again...so i called FAHD to for this issue...when i asked him why should i pay $77 again to rotate tires again...he got mad...and he said i RIPED U OFF now i am out of it ...do what ever you want ....i was surpised by hearing this from FAHD ( SERVICE MANAGER AT NORAL TOYOTA )...the gentleman at OK tire he realised its not good to charge the customer if the NORAL TOYOTA is responsible...so he waved my charge...really appriciate to OK tire staff....But issue is still there...NORAL TOYOTA SPOILING THERE IMAGE BY DOING THIS...ITS NOT ALL ABOUT MONEY BUT THE TRUST.....so i will not go there for any service for sure,,..i better drive to edmonton......
